Title: The Official WWE Draft thread......

So what do you guys see happening? Will Christian stay or go? What horrible on air personalities will get traded to the opposite show for no reason at all? Will this be all hype and no substance or will they deliver good TV?

WHATTA U GUYS THINK!?!?!??!!

Scrooge McSuck - May 23, 2005 07:29 PM (GMT)
Who cares? They should've done the draft in one night, not dragged out over the course of the month.

I see Shawn or Kurt switching shows to feud with each other, maybe Christian to Smackdown, and that's it in terms of "big" names. We'll get the usual losers switching in hopes of pushing them again, but no one cares.

And send Tajiri back to Smackdown. He's a fucking Cruiserweight, and isn't on the CW show.

The draft's tonight? I totally wasn't paying attention or something.

Scrooge McSuck - May 23, 2005 08:13 PM (GMT)
I thought it started next week, but I've been proven wrong multiple times.

Could be. I guess I don't recall them hardselling it last week like they usually would, and tonight's already got Batista/Edge, so it could very well be next week. And it lasts a month? Is that just on Raw or on Smackdown, too?

jamiegeist - May 23, 2005 08:16 PM (GMT)
Yeah, I guess he did say the day after Judgment Day. Kickass. They didn't build to this thing at all. Was it even in the Raw Preview?

jamiegeist - May 23, 2005 08:19 PM (GMT)
A quick look at the eyesore that is WWE.com shows me that the draft actually starts on June 6th RAW....so we're all fuckin retarded.

whitemilesdavis - May 23, 2005 08:23 PM (GMT)
So, only two weeks from today.

I can barely hold the excitement.

Speak for yourself. I knew it started June 4th.

I just thought this would bring up some discussion.

Let's remember last year...

Raw got... Tajiri, Nidia, Paul Heyman, Shelton Benjamin, Edge.

Smackdown got (fucked)... Rene Dupree, Spike Dudley, uh... RVD, and some other guy or guys. Smackdown also was given the stale Dudleyz and Booker T for Triple H, and got rid of A-Train and Palumbo for Rico.

I want to see Daivari go to SD. But I doubt it.

Smackdown really did get fucked last year and I won't be happy unless Raw gets truly and ultimately fucked in the draft this year. Seriously, it seems as if they just take the good from Smackdown and trade it for the stale from Raw. "Oh hey, we'll take fresh stars like Edge and Shelton Benjamin, and we'll give you Booker T and Rob Van Dam who we've just been jobbing out for months on end."

Likewise, if Christian gets ready to be a Smackdown main eventer, it's only natural that he must job to everyone on Raw first, just to make sure we all know that Smackdown is the inferior brand.

...By whatever do you mean. There's nothing in these past few weeks to proves that. ;)

Hahaha, yeah. Isn't his win/loss record something like (3,11)?
