So who does everybody drool over, but in all honesty just isn't that good?


I'd have to go with Barry Windham. I've heard it said in numerous places how great he was, etc. However, other than a couple of really good matches with Flair, he did nothing. He's the one guy who comes to me first.

What ya think?

Steve Corino.....

I've never understood the net fascination with him.....

10 months ago I would have said American Dragon, but he's come a long way in my eyes this year. (Note: I never thought he was bad, just got his nuts sucked by everyone with a keyboard)

I'd say the Havana Pitbulls are overrated. Once again, not bad by any means, but there are several tag teams on the indy scene I find more etertaining.

I'd agree with Steve Corino being highly overrated. I think CM Punk is starting to creep his way into the overrated category.

Hmm... DK already said Steve Corino, who would be pretty high on my list.

The SAT/Los Maximos - I don't know, but every time I've seen these guys in TNA, MLW, and other local Indy shows, they have either bored me to tears or put on a sloppier match than Scorpio/Julio at Heroes of Wrestling.

Rick Rude - Outside of his 1991-93 run in WCW, I don't remember anything special about his matches other than carrying the Warrior to a surprisingly good match at Summerslam '89.

As much as I actually like Rude (from my mark days) he is rather overrated as a worker though....

It's sad, but it's true. And Punk is one of my favourite's too. :( Sad thing is, he actually is good.

I thought of one. May be it's because I haven't seen enough of him wrestling, but I'd had to say:

Amazing Red

I also find Super Crazy to be highly overrated.

Red does blow, but most people are catching on to that by now.

It doesn't help that Red lost about 5 steps from that knee injury.
