Title: Pick Em Prize List
Mad Dog - May 4, 2005 11:54 PM (GMT)

Do you have the MST3K with the Canadian movie where the teenager and gruff guy are on the run from some sort of cult? I don't remember what the title was, but it had me in tears every time I saw it :D
Scrooge McSuck - May 4, 2005 11:57 PM (GMT)
Tears of laughter, pain, or pussyness? Also, what's MST3K?
Mad Dog - May 4, 2005 11:59 PM (GMT)
Mystery Science Theatre 3000. Possibly the greatest show to ever grace cable.
jamiegeist - May 5, 2005 12:04 AM (GMT)
Other than Room Raiders. OMG dOOd!
Scrooge McSuck - May 5, 2005 12:06 AM (GMT)
I think I'll offer a prize for the winner, if they get a perfect score and get all tiebreakers correct.

Fantastic show! It's where my enjoyment for overly bad movies began.
Real F'n Show - May 5, 2005 12:12 AM (GMT)
So if we win we pick 1 match for you to put on a CD-R and mail to us? Is that correct? If so, I like that idea. Makes you work for something and then make a decision, instead of getting everything all at once.
Mad Dog - May 5, 2005 12:13 AM (GMT)
I'll restate it. These MST3Ks are high quality. You could probably put these on DVDs and not tell the difference on most. Commercials are also cut out. So while you only get one at a time you're getting quality. All of this will of course be on CD-Rs.

I'm guessing "no" then?

I'll look through the episode list and see later.

Look at TVtome and find out. :P
And wooo, 3,333 posts in WWE Folder.
Mad Dog - May 5, 2005 01:00 AM (GMT)
Can you describe it in more detail.
Scrooge McSuck - May 5, 2005 01:02 AM (GMT)
I think I'll throw myself into the mix and offer a prize to the winner (unless it's me like last month):
The winner gets to pick 2 hours of matches from my wrestling collection to be put on a VHS in SP mode. I'll post my (long) list of stuff later if that sounds like a cool idea. (absolutely FREE)

Ah, it's been so long since I've seen that one. The movie revolves around this young teenager, who the crew keeps picking on for being whiny and girlish. There are tons of Canada jokes, and the older guy who pairs up with the teenager is pretty much a Canadian redneck. The movie was set mostly in the woods and there are a cult chasing the boy for some reason. That's about all I can remember.

Ooooh, do any matches break "DUD?" If so, and I'm all for it :D

If someone seriously wants that, I'd be more than happy to oblige. :ph43r:

It would be something to watch. Personally, I'd find it very entertaining even if it was for the wrong reasons.
Scrooge McSuck - May 15, 2005 12:13 AM (GMT)
Just think... 2 awesome matches with the Giant Gonzalez, the Casket Match with Yokozuna, Elvis Siting vignettes, the Undertaker vs. Undertaker...
Oh man, I want to puke already.

I don't think adding the star ratings of all those matches would even add up to a "DUD."
Scrooge McSuck - May 15, 2005 12:18 AM (GMT)
I didn't even touch the Million Dollar Corporation or King Mabel feuds.

That's a pity, the King Mabel feud would be grimly amusing.

I actually have the entire feud, but I refuse to... oh wait, I already did mention it. :)

 That is truly great.
Kane has had some really good matches in his day, or they were at least interesting matches for some reason or another.
Scrooge McSuck - May 15, 2005 12:49 AM (GMT)
Now that you mention it, I wonder what Kanes best match was that wasn't against Kurt Angle or Chris Benoit. (ponders)

I would say against X-Pac in December 1999.
