Mad Dog - April 27, 2005 04:45 PM (GMT)
Angle Recaps:
Wolf has made it clear to everyone that there's no friends when it comes to titles.
The Ultimate Gladiators will be challenging Powerhouse for the Galaxian Tag Titles at the PPV. Nothing much to it other than they got bored without the titles and are the No.1 Contenders.
The Main Event of the PPV will be Star Warrior vs. the Bounty Hunter. This came about after Guile petitioned Omega for a title shot for a few weeks. Omega is the owner of the promotion just so you know.
Spike has been very bitter lately. He was very upset over the fact that he wasn't included in the Mega Tournament. He's vowed to show the match makers how mistaken they were to pass him over. He also issued an open challenge which was answered by Mesmer. That'll be another PPV match.
The angles aren't very complicated right now. It's mostly trash talking over the tournament going on right now.

Angle Recaps and Notes:
Lord Nexus has now made it to 4 straight Mega Tournament Finals. He's only won the tournament once but it's still a very impressive feat. Thantos has also lost to Lord Nexus in the Semis two years in a row. That's interesting to note because Thantos usually can beat Nexus easily.
The Bounty Hunter lost his mind and trashed the set after the title match. He dominated the match and even hit his finisher a few times but Star Warrior rolled out of the ring and Bounty Hunter got DQed for using a chair. He knows he had the title in his hands and blew it.
The Cosmic Forces earned a shot at the Interplanetary Tag Team Titles for beating Animal Pack.
Starcade is the next PPV and several matches are already known as of the end of this PPV:
GWF Galaxian Title Match:
Star Warrior © vs. Wolf
Note: This is actually a rematch of last year's main event except that Wolf was the champ and Star Warrior had won the Mega Tournament.

Angle Recaps:
The Bounty Hunter snapped during his DQ loss to Terak and savagely beat Terak until Pulsar Prime made the same. Pulsar challenged Bounty Hunter to a match and even offered to put the Interplanetary Title on the line.
Terak and Renegade decided to leave the Fighting Titans stable. Terak didn't believe that they fit in with the team and felt it was pretty they go it alone again. Terak has also been trying to win the Creeper back to his side but suffered an attack at the hands of Vanity, Mutant and Reptillo.
Pit Viper has parted ways with the Masked Assassins on very bad terms. Darkos has been very unhappy with the Assassins performance and failure to beat TitanPower. After Shop of Horrors loss to the Greek Gods he got in Pit Viper's face and got a clothesline and Venom Blast for his troubles. When asked Pit Viper said he was sick of not being a priority with the Assassins and taking Darkos crap for not carrying Death Masque. He was also saved from an Assassins attack by his old team the Fighting Titans but he avoided them afterwards. Lord Nexus has made it clear he wants to recruit Pit Viper back to the Titans.
Star Warrior and Wolf have made it clear to each other that they won't be pulling any punches during the title match.
Thantos and Mesmer will be facing off at the PPV. They've had an on and off again feud for the last few years. Thantos paid Krakan off to beatdown Mesmer during their Fever match.
There are also some goings on in the AniMen group. Battering Ram has expressed interest in being a singles wrestler and Badger said they'd talk after their PPV match with AlienCorps. Rumor says Battering Ram is going to go solo and that Incredible Badger and Iron Mane will form a new tag team.

Angle Recaps:
Reptillo accepted an offer to join the Gamehunters and has left Vanity's group. The Gamehunters are Reynard B. Guile's new group.
Thantos has been seen backstage having meetings with Krakan and the Royal Overlord. This was a cause for concern with Omega and the Federation Defense Fighters. Omega convinced Commander Sam to come back to the team. Sam will be breaking the news to the All-Earth Squad after Starcade.
The Creeper has rejoined Terak and Renegade.
Pit Viper still hasn't officially joined the Titans but they've saved each other from several Masked Assassins attacks. It seems only a matter of time until Pit Viper is once again a Fighting Titan.

Mad Dog - June 8, 2005 11:04 AM (GMT)
There's only a handful of shows left for 2090 so here's a scouting report for 2091. I'll also give the updated team rosters. Just understand that it'll be spoilers. This set also marks the start of the next generation slowly taking over the main event.
Updates:
Whiplash (formerly Executioner)
Scouting:
It's kind of a wash if he's improved or not. He's gotten a little quicker and a little stronger. Defense is slightly improved and offense is about what it used to be. He's improved enough that Nightmare will become stronger contenders in the division. He's also become more of a cheater as Darkos will be helping him attempt sneak attacks before matches. Rating: ***
Spike
Scouting:
Fresh off of a Aethran Cleansing. Basically a Cleansing makes a Gladiator much stronger. Spike basically goes from being an upper mid carder to a main eventer. He should easily be able to capture the Galaxian Title if given the chance. Rating: *****
the Serpent Unman (formerly Reptillo)
Scouting:
Reptillo has descended into insanity and this is the result. He's improved slightly but his new finisher Strangulation basically only exists to injure people. He won't be winning many more matches but he's become very dangerous. Rating: **
Rookies:
Mayhem
Scouting:
Another Aethran hits the scene this year. Mayhem is basically a wild brawler that will be a solid upper mid-carder for the GWF. His finisher is interesting because it only has a 50% chance and a miss will probably mean he's losing the match. He'll be having some wild brawls with the likes of Wolf. Rating: ****
Tendron the Destroyer
Scouting:
He's another character in the mold of Comrade Terror and Tongsoon. He'll be primarily a tag team worker in the new Prison Camp tag team with Tongsoon. He'll be in the lower part of the mid-card as he's got a good offense but a terrible defense. I doubt he'll make any waves or win any titles. Rating: **
Justice
Scouting:
Galactic Punisher has a new ally to form a tag team with. Justice is an excellent overall guy but will unfortunately probably get lost in the waves of new talent over the next few editions. He'll be a good tag team worker for years. Rating: ***
Lance At-Las
Scouting:
Another upper mid-carder for the mix. He's pretty above average in all categories. Won't be a Galaxian contender but should be able to win an Interplanetary title or two. Rating: ****
Matador of M83
Scouting:
A new main eventer for the GWF. He should make an immediate impact. He's also the herald for the biggest superstar that will ever hit the GWF next year. I expect a lot out of him. Rating: *****
Count Necros
Scouting:
Mesmer gets a new opponent this year. Necros is pretty average in every sense of the word. Good mid-carder but I doubt he'll set the world on fire. Rating: ***
Vlad Hammer
Scouting:
Complete tag team worker. He doesn't even have a finisher for singles matches. He'll form a tag team with Adam Blast called the Young Allies. As far as storylines he never really gets out of the mid-card but he hangs around till the late 2110s just to give you an idea. Rating: **
the Guardsman
Scouting:
Primarily here to serve as a bodyguard for the Gladiators but I'll probably throw him in the ring a lot. Will be a lower card guy for the most part. He'll have a big impact as a bodyguard as his interference will cause a lot of people trouble. Rating: *
Mr. Galaxy
Scouting:
A bodybuilder coming in to team with Vanity. Think of Chris Masters. Mostly a lower card act that won't contribute till later in his career. Rating: **

They did basically a restart with the last edition (2119) and I've been playing that a lot lately. The 2120 edition is coming out next month and I want to have it ready. Would you guys want to see what's going on with that fed?

Here's the start of 2091 in the GWF. The updates to Spike, Reptillo and Executioner are automatic as storyline wise they accomplished things during the 2 week vacation. I recommend checking out the roster update a few posts up so you know who the new tag teams are.
Warfare taping:
the Serpent Unman d. the Creeper w/ the Strangulation

the Ultimate Gladiators d. the Norse Gods w/ the Decapitator
Pulsar Prime d. Killer Queen w/ the Solar Strain
Comrade Terror d. Lord Nexus w/ the Atomic Warhead
Angle Recaps:
Adam Blast introduces the mystery man as Vlad Hammer. They'll be forming a tag team called the Young Allies.
Darkos introduced the new and improved Executioner as Whiplash.
Matador of M83 debuted on Warfare. He's signed with Reynard B. Guile's group though he won't be using Guile as a manager. I'm playing him up a lot like Mr. Perfect so you can figure out what his early promos are like.
Lord Nexus issued a challenge to Bounty Hunter for the Interplanetary Title. The match was immediately signed considering Lord Nexus is the No.1 ranked wrestler in the GWF at the moment. If Nexus wins the match it'll be his fifth reign as the Interplanetary Champion.
Thantos debuted his Unholy Alliance. Invincible Krakan and the Gladiators were introduced as the members of his team. Spike has shown some reservations about working with the likes of Thantos and Krakan but Massacre has been trying to convince him it's just temporary. Omega has also been seen backstage trying to scramble together a super team to counter this move.
Beasts of Burden challenged the Cosmic Forces for the Interplanetary Tag Team Titles.

I'll probably go until January before hitting up the 2119 fed for a bit and then I'll probably do some work on my NWA fed since there's a new set coming out.
