Apparently I could not :D

It was pretty good, I don't regret watching it early.

Scrooge McSuck - April 25, 2005 11:09 PM (GMT)
No, I can't wait either. :P

No, I can't wait either. :P

I've watched the hell out of all the FG dvds, so I was desperate for some fresh stuff.

Though I can't wait to watch this episode again on Sunday with my girlfriend (after Backlash, of course).

Scrooge McSuck - April 25, 2005 11:18 PM (GMT)
Loser... (realizes I'm looking in the mirror) Whoops!

dynamite kido - April 25, 2005 11:33 PM (GMT)
Must.....resist......must.....watch.....on......TV.

SamoaRowe - April 26, 2005 01:22 PM (GMT)
I'm going to be at Backlash when the new Family Guy airs on Fox for the first time, so I would have been watching it taped after the show either way. I feel that is my excuse :)

Mad Dog - April 26, 2005 03:00 PM (GMT)
How did McFarland do with Pete's voice? From some of the Fox commercials it seemed like he had lost it.

I didn't notice any problems with it.

prof_plague - April 26, 2005 09:21 PM (GMT)
It was...good. Some parts were a little weak, though.

Mad Dog - May 2, 2005 12:24 PM (GMT)
Well worth the wait. I laughed my ass off at the Honeymooners bit and the pedophile at the school dance.

American Dad was a load of crap though.

dynamite kido - May 2, 2005 03:45 PM (GMT)
The GI Joe skit owned our asses. I had fucking tears running down my face......

Mad Dog - May 2, 2005 03:46 PM (GMT)
Yeah, I thought that was hilarious. The best part was my friend and I were ripping on those PSA's a few days before.

SamoaRowe - May 2, 2005 03:48 PM (GMT)
I enjoyed the new episode a lot more watching it the second time. It may have been that I was in a 100% better mood last night (after Backlash and all) as opposed to when I watched it earlier in the week while up to my neck with school crap around me.

I didn't watch American Dad last night because I assumed it would be the pilot again, whoops.

Mad Dog - May 2, 2005 03:50 PM (GMT)
It wasn't that good. Being right after Family Guy exposed every flaw in the show.

dynamite kido - May 2, 2005 03:52 PM (GMT)
Surprisingly the Simpsons (The Eight o'clock one) actually got a bunch of laughs out of me too. First time I've enjoyed a new Simpsons in a while......

Scrooge McSuck - May 2, 2005 04:02 PM (GMT)
I'm so glad I waited until last night...

Peter running down every failed FOX show (other than reality) was fucking funny.
The Honymooners parody was off the wall funny.
G.I. Joes owns our asses even more.
Stewies reaction to Brian slipping by saying "upside-down-face"

SamoaRowe - May 2, 2005 04:22 PM (GMT)
It was great how Tom Tucker slipped "upside down face" right afterwards too, not even noticing it.

or about how:

Mrs. Tucker: Go to hell.

Tom Tucker: Already there, hon.

I'm also extremely pissed at several of the posters at TSM. Several of the fuckers ruined huge portions of last night's show with spoilers in their sigs.

Scrooge McSuck - May 2, 2005 04:24 PM (GMT)
.... really? Now that is surprising... (Sarcasm machine explodes)

Ah, I hadn't noticed since I have signatures turned off on that board.

For all of TSM's faults, that's the place I found the link to the leaked episode in the first place.

Scrooge McSuck - May 2, 2005 04:29 PM (GMT)
I turn links off everywhere... except here, because this place isn't over-run with (immature) idiots. :P

Edit: Who didn't love Pinochio parody?

Mad Dog - May 2, 2005 04:29 PM (GMT)
Someone had the Passions II thing in his sig and someone else had Stewie's reaction to Brian's upside down face.

Scrooge McSuck - May 2, 2005 04:30 PM (GMT)
What losers...

"look at me, I'm so cool! I have a clip from Family Guy in my sig! No wonder I can't get laid!"

dynamite kido - May 2, 2005 05:04 PM (GMT)
Chalk it up as one more reason why I barely even go there anymore....

Amen to that!

I actually thought the Pinnochio scene was one of the weaker moments in the episode, but that I guess that was just me B)

Scrooge McSuck - May 2, 2005 07:27 PM (GMT)
I just thought it was funny that Gepeto (sp?) was gay and wanted Pinocchio to have his nose go up his ass.
