Title: The SAT

I'm sure TheDoctor or Kido will have an answer for me. I was curious why they get barely any work these days. Is it because they suck or are they just a pain in the ass to deal with?

I'm pretty sure it's a bit of both. I've heard stories about them blowing off dates they had booked with several indy groups. I don't know if they are dicks personally or not, but I haven't heard too much pleasant stuff either.

I found the SAT to be possibly the most over-rated wrestlers in wrestling today. A few years ago when I was playing EWR a lot, a friend kept pushing the SAT as a great team, but every time I saw them wrestle, they blew spots lefts and right and generally did nothing to impress me.

The SAT put on great matches when they need to impress. Just look at their first match in TNA when they were basically fighting for a contract.

I think their friendship with Feinsein has hampered them as well.

I had thought they were kind of on the outs before then as well. TNA had ditched them and I seem to remember MLW had dropped them as well in 2003.

They came back to ROH for the first Scramble cage then practically disapeared. I think they may have had one other apperarence (the FB03 convention against the Briscoes) but after that... nothing... I also have no clue as to what happened, but some of it may have been that they were just the "it" team for a short period of time ,then fizzled out.

As far as I know, they stuck with RF during that whole deal, and being RF favorites anyhow, Gabe declined to book them any longer. Since then they've been trying to set up their own promotion with RF, which they actually succeeded in doing, but only had one show. I haven't heard anything from them since then.
