whitemilesdavis - April 16, 2005 07:07 PM (GMT)
That looks like an incredible schedule coming up there. I got friends in Brookeville, I may have to find an excuse to visit them for a few days.

I'm pretty cool with the promotor Norm Conners too.......he's a hella nice guy. If you can't make it for Super Indy IV I would say wait for Caged Fury 2. You should come up.....I'd be a good time. I could introduce you to :ph43r: ......
Mad Dog - April 16, 2005 07:16 PM (GMT)
I'd be very interested in seeing the Midnight Express vs. Southern Comfort.

No joke. Thet'd be cool.
If I come, you gotta keep that friggin ninja away from me though. Those guys frak me out. I can't eat with them at the table.
dynamite kido - April 16, 2005 10:15 PM (GMT)
Don't worry WMD, the ninja's don't eat at the dinner table here. Both you guys should come down and check it out.
I loved the Midnights vs. SC last time as well. Really good old school match and booking......

Chris Hamrick needs to stop jobbing to such nobodies.

Actually as much as I stand up for Hamrick as a hard worker, it really seemed like he mailed it in on that one.
Mad Dog - May 4, 2005 11:15 PM (GMT)
I thought Super Hentai was retired.

Nope......that was just for a heel turn. It happened at their second to last show called Wild at the Palasades. It fooled the crowd pretty good too.........

I hate to hear that. Every time I've seen him he's gone all out, but he is right around 40 now. It may be starting to get to him.
And I was obviously joking about jobbing to nobodies.

I got the joke.
Plus, if he's 40 years old he must really need the money to take all the bookings that he does.
Mad Dog - May 5, 2005 04:48 PM (GMT)
He might just love doing it. It's not like Mick Foley needs the money yet he still takes indy bookings.

Mick Foley also wrestled at the peak of wrestling in the WWF. Hamrick never got a big money contract ANYWHERE.
whitemilesdavis - May 5, 2005 05:04 PM (GMT)
Yeah, I'm sure he needs the money. His WWF job was per appearance. SMW wasn't a great paying gig. ECW was set up pretty good for him, but the company closed about three months after he joined.

Sad thing is, if WCW wouldn't have closed I could have seen him going there......
whitemilesdavis - May 5, 2005 06:25 PM (GMT)
True. I don't know why his Crimson Dragon - TNA stint didn't work.
By the way, does any one have pics of him as Crimson Dragon?
Mad Dog - May 5, 2005 06:40 PM (GMT)
He was terrible during his short TNA run.
whitemilesdavis - May 5, 2005 06:48 PM (GMT)
What was so terrible about his small part in that one match?
The Last Free Voice - May 5, 2005 07:11 PM (GMT)
Personally I don't think he got the chance to do much. But what he did do seemed pretty bland.
whitemilesdavis - May 5, 2005 07:25 PM (GMT)
I'm pretty sure it was just one match though, right?

Two, I think. THree way vs. AJ and someone and then a singles... I think... Or maybe some gauntlet... I don't knwo anymore.
Mad Dog - May 5, 2005 08:43 PM (GMT)
He had two matches. He blew about every spot he had in the three way and I don't recall the other match.
whitemilesdavis - May 5, 2005 08:45 PM (GMT)
I do think there was a gauntlet match involved.
