Mad Dog - April 2, 2005 09:51 PM (GMT)
I'm guessing Albert is the Giant Bernard.

dynamite kido - April 2, 2005 10:05 PM (GMT)
You'd be guessing right. He's one of the better ones listed too.

I can totally see where this is leading to though. A meeting between Muto/Kojima seems to be evident.

Do you know when this is MD?

Boy how this tourney has fallen in 10 years...

I'll go with Kea winning it all.

dynamite kido - April 3, 2005 07:37 AM (GMT)
Possibilities to win...

Jamal - He's the gaijin that they love to love!

Muto - He desperately NEEDS another run at the TC....(sarcasm alarm)

Sasaki - This one I wouldn't mind. But I would see NJ doing him and Kojima before he ever fights for the TC.

Mad Dog - April 7, 2005 03:42 PM (GMT)
I'll say Jamal or Mutoh are the favorites. I could see Albert getting a big push out of the gate and going to the semis.

whitemilesdavis - April 7, 2005 03:53 PM (GMT)
So Jamal is really being pushed as a top guy there?

Mad Dog - April 7, 2005 03:59 PM (GMT)
Yeah. He's mega over.

whitemilesdavis - April 7, 2005 04:05 PM (GMT)
That's cool. He's not a bad fat guy at all. Hopefully he's doing some of that crowd diving he did in MLW?

I see your point, but it would be cool actually if they have Kojima win it all.

Mad Dog - April 15, 2005 05:12 PM (GMT)
I would too, just those 4 would make for a really stale semis.

Although I really don't want to see it, if it's over.....then they probably should go for it. It will at least build up someone else as a main guy over there. But for match quality (which doesn't even mean shit in AJPW anymore) it would be bad....

whitemilesdavis - April 15, 2005 06:19 PM (GMT)
I know the net kind of had a love affair with A-train, but I always found him to be worthless.

The only problem I ever really had with Albert was the back hair. But I think All Japan should push the guy to the moon. He's exactly the kind of gaijen to make them a lot of money.
