by Dusty Rhodes

This is the life and times of "The American Dream" Dusty Rhodes, one of the most popular wrestlers of the 1970s and 1980s. A three time former NWA Heavyweight Champion, Rhodes was a major star at every company he wrestled for. Known for his amazing charisma, Rhodes had perhaps the most famous wrestling feud ever with fellow wrestling legend Ric Flair.

This autobiography explores the life of Dusty Rhodes from his childhood through his amazing career. In this book, Rhodes recounts all of his famous angles, feuds, and road stories. Truly a must-read title for all wrestling fans.

I would consider getting both. Rhodes isn't terribly interesting but 200 pages is really short so it'll be a quick read. Funk probably has some interesting stories.

I started reading the Funk book today at work. Hilarious stuff. Even for people who aren't big on Funk, there should be enough history in that book to check it out.

The Dusty book being 200 pgs was a major reason why I didn't get it. Sorry, but I think that's not enough to ask 24.95 for.....

Ewww, that's a horrible price.

The book would only be worth it if Dusty wrote it himself just to read clubberin a few hundred times.

Foreward by GEORGE STEINBRENNER? Please tell me it's a different one than the one I am thinking of.

I'll definitely consider Funk's

Funk's is awesome. You really get the feeling terry's sitting on a barstool beside you shooting the sh*t and telling you his favorite stories.

Dusty's, I've tried to read twice and I can't get very far. I get fed up with him putting himself over all the time. I already bought the book, Dusty--you can stop trying to prove yourself!
