This was one of my favorite games on the SNES. I loved the bizarre weapons and the horror elements. Anyone else play it?

I never played it when SNES/Genesis first came out, but downloaded a ROM of a it a while back, and it was quite enjoyable. I expected it to be more a side scroller than a roaming type situation. I Wish I had this when I was a kid.
I must've said "I" more times here than any other post so far on DWB.

I'm surprised by how many people who actually have not heard of the game? How can you not? Zombies Ate My Neighbors actually ranks high on my Favourite Game List. The game might not have been innovative or anything, but it was too fun to pass-up.

I'm surprised it's not mentioned much either. I would think horror junkies would love the game.

I played the game several times at my friend's house. I thought it was a bloody good time.
