As a cocky heel, he's alright, but boring. As a babyface, someone please sew his lips together and cut off his tongue.
Moveset: C
Too vanilla, and relies a lot (and I mean A LOT) on rest holds.
Finisher: B-
The RKO is an alright move, nothing great, but looks cool.
Match Quality: C+
Another average wrestler in a sea of them. He's rarely done anything that stands out except Foleys beating from Backlash, and his matches with Benoit in August '04.
Misc.: F-
I FUCKING HATE HIS GOD DAMN POSING! And his theme music sucks ass.
Final Rating: C+
An average at best wrestler that has a good look to him. Too weak in the offensive board. Average on promos... thats the word of the day. AVERAGE

Promo - C-
-Plain and simple, he's nothing special. Average is perfect for his promo skills.
Moveset - B+
-Personally I think his moveset is one of his stronger points. He has a back/neckbreaker that is original to only him as nobody in the company does it. He had some other moves I like and he is definately about a mediocre moveset( i.e. Christian). Plus, as much bitching as people did about his restholds in the Vengence match I thought that he knew why he was doing it as opposed to just doing it. So that bumps his grade up IMO......
Finisher - F
-Sorry, but I didn't like it when he first started using the RKO and I could easily do without it. Especially when a 49 year old man's version of it (DDP's Diamond Cutter) is 100 times better than Orton's watered down version.
Match Quality - B
-He is solid in the match quality department, but that maybe more because of his opponents more than him outshining the people HE's in the ring with. Also, he's light years better in ring than the SD version of himself (Cena), and at this point.......his match quality should only improve.
Final Rating - C+
-They went out of their way to bury him for Trips so that is partially the reason why he lost so much steam. So that I can't fault him for, but the reality of it all is he is a little above average......

Promo - As a face, D. As a heel, B
Moveset - B-, not bad
Finisher - B-, it looks like a good finisher, but I don't know how many version of a cutter I can stand seeing.
Match Quality - B
Misc. - on topic of the posing - D, sometimes it's alright - so not an F, but not that tolerable either.
Final Rating - B-/C+

Promo - C. I have to say C because I thought he was near an A when a heel, and definitley an F when a face. So I'll go in the middle ehre.
Moveset - C. It isnt that his "moveset" is offensive...it is all the stuff in between. He has a good cross body block off the top, i like the neckbreaker move, and I like the chest pounding bit he has brought back. Otherwise, nothing inbetween it feels like. And a painfully weak chinlock that has been addressed everywhere before.
Finisher - D. The diamond cutter can be a cool finish. But not when you jump 8 feet in the air, hold your (non-cutter) arm out like you're swatting flies, and set it up with a very heelish look.
Match Quality - Ehhh. B I guess. Would've been lower had he not had a sweet match with Christian a few weeks ago. Triple H dragged his workrate into the shitter, like usual.
Misc - B. Music is okay. Sometimes I think it sucks, sometimes I like it. STOP TAUNTING. I swear, this guy must've played a lot of No Mercy before he broke, because he hits the fuckin joystick button all the time.
Final - C. A Solid C. I feel he is very average, and shouldv'e NEVER been World Champ.

I'll never forget how hard I laughed that night he was the GM and made a match "William Regal and Eugene vs La Resistance for the World Heavyweight Championship." I think it was Regal/Eugene, anyways... might've been Tajiri/Rhyno. Either way, it's sketcy stuff like that which entertains me despite it being bad and embarassing for WWE.
Moveset: C+
I mostly remember dreading how every match he was in included a long headlock segment, which just put the crowd to sleep because even the dumbest marks didn't believe that would end the match. Orton is very capable of being carried, but he does not do anything too special or memorable.
Finisher: B
I don't mind him using this finisher as it is actually a very effective one. It gets bonus points because I dig the name "RKO."
Match Quality: B
This is higher than it might have been because I'm still sporting fresh, fond memories of his tag match with HBK against Edge and Christian this past Raw. Orton has had some great matches in the past year (against Foley at Backlash, against Benoit in August) and made a really good heel character last year. He had a great IC title reign, it just all went downhill with the face turn.
Misc. C-
I cannot stand his posing. It makes him look really desperate for cheers.
Final Rating: B
As an mid to uppercard star, he is perfectly good in the role, though he was a much better heel.

Promo - B-
I don't think he's good, but compared to the rest of the roster, he's slightly above average.
Moveset - B-
Once again, it's just kind of unofensive in omparison to the rest of the roster.
Finisher - A-
Someone needed to stell it, and at times, the crowd really gets up for it. Probably booked as the second strongest finisher on RAW.
Match Quality - C
I find his matches to be as dull as toast. They aren't terrible, but they certainly aren't great.
Misc. - C
His good look is balanced out bythat rediculous pose.
Final Rating- C+
Slightly above average on a weak roster.
