I got a gig at Pulse Wrestling writing the Smackdown live report...I know, I know, but it was a door. I then started an off and on column about legends in the wrestling business and DVD reviews (mostly Indy promotions).
Wrestling Update Online was happy to make me the Independent Federations Editor...worldwide. It's been a blast and I am trying to learn Spanish. There are feds all over the world that no one has been paying attention to and I found them.
I have a facebook page under the name I write under and started adding indy wrestlers as friends. I recently started a "10 Questions With..." with the wrestlers in RXW, Panama. It's a relatively new promotion and one of the owners is Hugo Savinovich (the "Spanish voice" of WWE).
If anyone is interested, I'd be more than willing to post the DVD reviews and the columns I have done for Pulse Wrestling. The columns are not exclusive with the exception of one WWE pay per view (they paid for it). I post as many independent events as the promoters will feed me to Wrestling Update Online so feel free to drop by if you are looking for action in your area.
I rarely watch TNA anymore but I do watch Smackdown and the pay per views if I get a chance. Nothing takes the place of independent wrestling for me but I do try to keep up with the Big Two and even ROH (although I do not have HDNet on my cable system).
I'd be thrilled if your work started showing up on da site again. Glad to hear you've been having some success too :).
