WWE
Sho Funaki is responsible for the creating of Kung Fu Naki. (PW)

WWE held staff drug tests while the ECW roster and the RAW roster was together at tapings this past week. (PW)

Rumour has it Dos Caras Jr has turned down three WWE contracts and will only sign if he is guaranteed a push saying “he doesn’t want to waste anyone’s time.” (PW)

November 19th was the Undertaker’s 18 year anniversary with the WWE. He wrestled a match as “Cain the Undertaker” against Mario Mancini that was not aired until December. (PW)

John Cena vs Randy Orton vs Batista for the WHC is being plugged for a November 30 RAW in Pennsylvania. (PW)

WWE.com has a semi-kayfabe quote up from Trish Stratus saying that she would return to the ring if Phoenix or Natalya calls her out. (PW)

Rumours circulated last week about the release of Armando Estrada and Deuce. Estrada, obviously, has been released, and rumours continue to circulate that Deuce is next. (PW)

Eva Torres, Michelle McCool and Kelly Kelly can be seen in the December issue of Muscle and Fitness Magazine. (PW)


TNA
TNA is interested in using Super Crazy once his no-complete clause ends. They may also be considering signing Kenny Doane. (PW)

Sting and Booker T will not be joining TNA for the UK tour in January. (PW)

Kevin Nash and Samoa Joe used a match between Sgt Slaughter and Pat Patterson for inspiration for their Turning Point bout. The Slaughter-Patterson match in question aired in 1981 on Alley Fight in MSG. (PW)

Jim Cornette is responsible for the Beer Money vs MCMG match from Turning Point. (PW)

There is STILL no concrete plans regarding Christian Cage and his rumoured jump to WWE. (PW)

TNA is considering releasing undercard wrestlers that do not make frequent appearances on television. (WV)

In a continuation of relationships between TNA and New Japan, TNA is sending Kurt Angle, Kevin Nash, Team 3D and MCMGs for a January show at the Tokyo Dome. CMLL’s Mistico will also appear. (WV)


ROH
ROH has a deal with DirecTV, according to their media release. The first event will be a PPV in January 2009. (WV)


OTHER
Bill Goldberg is expected to appear on this week’s airing of Hogan’s CCW. (PW)

Kenny Dykstra (who will be known as Kenny Doanne) and Lance Cade are accepting bookings at showbiz@aol.com. (PW)

The Atlanta-Journal Constitution is reporting that Lex Luger is wheelchair bound and in rehab. (PW)

The Rock will be appearing in a Get Smart sequel as well as a DC Comics’ film Shazam, in which he will likely play either Captain Marvel or Black Adam. (PW)

Interestingly, Raven has been training for Roller Games with Honey Shanchez, a 60s and 70s Roller Derby star. He has wanted to try announcing MMA or Roller Derby. (PW)

The Abdullah The Butcher Retirement Show will feature Carlito and Primo Colon, Team 3D, Sabu, Balls Mahoney, and Steve Corino. The show is on December 13 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. (WV)

Reid Flair will be training with Harley Race at his WLW Wrestling Academy in Missouri. (WV)

During a show in Calgary, Alberta, a fan jumped the guard rail, ran to the ring and stole Al Snow’s head during his match. The fan was prevented from leaving with the head by other fans and Al and his head were eventually reunited. (G)
