X-Plosion Pre-ShowMatch 1: Chris Sabin © deaf. Amazing Red, Christopher Daniels, Elix Skipper to retain his TNA X-Division title. Pretty damn fantastic spotfest to start out TNA's weekly Pay-per-view this week, with Chris Sabin defending his TNA X-Division title in a four-way, one fall to a finish match.
To start; Christopher Daniels and Elix Skipper dominate Sabin and Red with a series of high-impact double-team maneuvers. Sabin battles back with a springboard dropkick that decks Daniels. Skipper locks in an Oklahoma Roll, but Daniels breaks it up at a long two. Daniels and Skipper begin battling each other, each man trading hard hitting kicks and forearms. Sabin and Red square off with in much the same manner with Sabin dominating. A cool spot comes toward the middle of the match when Sabin whips Red from one corner and Daniels whips Skipper across from the opposite corner with Red leapfrogging Skipper, hitting a huricanranna with a cradle on Daniels and Sabin getting a cool looking rollup on Daniels. Finally to cap it all off, both men break their own pincovers to break up the other man's. The finish comes, after the prerequisite "tower of doom" spot, with Sabin taking a double powerbomb from Daniels and Skipper and Red eating a top-rope suplex from Sabin. Skipper and Daniels try to finish off Sabin with some double-team stuff, but Sabin avoids a running Skipper charge into the corner by jumping through the first and second rope. Sabin finishes things by hitting a springboard clothesline on Skipper, and pinning Daniels with the Futureshock after countering the Angel's Wings.

Segment 1: TNA's Wednesday night delight begins with Sabin still celebrating his victory in the ring.
Low Ki jumps Sabin and lays him out with several
nasty looking kicks to the chest and head. Sabin is bloodied as Ki double stomps a chair onto his chest from the top rope.
Ouch... :)
EWR Rating: 67%
Segment 2: Low Ki is backstage explaining his actions to TNA officials and the audience;
Low Ki: "Yes, I know what I did is probably wrong. I left a human being bloodied and broken in the ring. But I have my reasons; since I've come to TNA I've been overlooked and underutilized, I've been passed over for title shots and all that *bleep*, and I'm *bleeping* sick of it. That's why I made the "Impact" I did. Now Sabin, if you're not a pussy, you'll give me a goddamn title shot. I normally fight with "honor", friend, and its about time you do too."
EWR Rating: 68%
Match 2: Low Ki deaf. D'Lo Brown A really good match here, oddly enough; D'Lo takes it to the younger Low Ki, taking over in the early going with a series of high-impact moves. D'Lo gets a
great looking nearfall by countering a 'ranna into a sit-out powerbomb. Low Ki begins to take over toward the end hitting a series of hard kicks to the gut and legs. Ki tries for a knockout kick to the head, but D'Lo ducks and gets a
loooooong two count with a German suplex. D'Lo's end comes when he tries for the Lo-Down off the top and Ki gets his knees up. With D'Lo flat on the mat, Ki finishes things off with a simple, quick kick to the side of the temple for the pinfall.
Damn, that's nasty....

Match 3: CM Punk deaf. Kid KashAnother good, if kinda short match;
Punker and Kash start off going through a quick series of chain-wrestling moves. Kash works over the left arm of Punk ramming it into the ringpost. After a brief heat sequence arm work, Punk makes a comeback with his hard hitting (:rolleyes:) knees and forearm blows. Punk gets nearfall off a running knee in the corner. Punk shoves Kash back into the corner and nails another one, this time attempting to follow it up with a running bulldog, but Kash counters with a hammerlock back-suplex on Punk's injured arm. Kash locks in a Fujiwara armbar in the dead center of the ring, Punk gets to the ropes to break it. Kash gets a little pissed off and doesn't release the hold, the referee pulls him off allowing Punk time to pull himself up to standing. Kash comes back on the attack, but Punk decks him with a high kick to the side of the head. Kash gets up to his knees and Punk simply kicks
the shit out of him. Kash however, ducks a big spinkick and dumps Punk on his head with a pumphandle suplex for a long two. Kash returns the favor from moments ago by kicking away at Punk with hard kicks to the chest, Punk stops the assault by catching Kash's foot and pulling him into a spinning backfist, that gives Punk enough time to "Kash out" with an odd looking Knee to the head out of a fireman's carry position for the pin.
EWR Rating: 82, 64, 100 (No, I'm not lying. I like Punk, but Kash was
never this good in real life. That's why I love EWR....)
Segment 3: Raven versus Jeff Jarrett for the TNA world title is announced for tonight via a video package.
* Raven is in an undisclosed location; that location being a dark room with what appears to be an old wooden coffee table, an old-school counsel TV and a shitty rotted old couch.
Raven: "Jarrett, look at this;
this hell-hole is what I call home. I don't
like calling it home, but TNA's not paying me a pittance compared to what they're payin' you, Jeff. They're payin' you
championship pay. Me: I'm on the low end of an open contract. Why do you think I signed this contract? You think its because I wanna sleep on a sofa that smells like old dog piss and looks like the inside of a 70-year old woman's c**t? Hell no, it's because my contract guaranteed me a title shot against you Jeff. For once its not "what about me?", tonight its all about you Jeff... and your title."
EWR Rating: 89% (I'm pretty sure its only because Raven said "cunt", and that makes him cool....)
Match 4: America's Most Wanted © (Chris Harris/James Storm) deaf. The Harris Boys (Ron Harris/Don Harris) in a tables match to retain their TNA Tag-Team TitlesPretty much a punchy/kicky brawl, with The Harrississes dominating with their brawling style for the most part. There's all the typical table-spots including the prerequisite "move the table before your partner is superplexed through it", and such stuff. The end comes when The Harris Boys have Chris Harris in position for an "H-Bomb" through the table. Storm clocks one Harris (who knows which -- they look alike you know) with a superkick, and he and Chris Harris put the remaining Harris through a table with the Death Sentence.

Segment 4:
Dick Togo hype video; Togo is shown in black and white footage ripping into people in Japan, with blood highlighted in bright red to emphasize the level of violence.
The TNA audience doesn't respond well, apparently not knowing who Dick Togo is. But at least some people are laughing at his name... dick, :lol:

Main Event: Jeff Jarrett © deaf. Raven in a hardcore match to retain the TNA World TitleAnother great match, with TNA bookers making this a hardcore match moments before the entrance of Raven. Raven however comes down with a shopping cart full of weapons. Raven and Jarrett brawl in the entrance way, with Raven dominating Jarrett for the most part. Raven hits a snap-suplex on the floor. Raven pounds away with several weapons, including various street signs and assorted hardcore junk. The TNA fans show their loyalty to Raven by chanting "ECW" as he smashes Jarrett into the ringside barricade with a kendostick assisted Russian legsweep. That gets two. Raven continues his assault, throwing Jarrett into the ring and pounding away. Raven goes for a chairshot, but Jarrett catches him low for, literally, his first offensive move of the match. Jarrett pounds on Raven with some of his generic brawling stuff, both inside and outside the ring. On the floor Jarrett whips Raven to the barricade and works him over with a kendostick. Jarrett attempts high risk, by coming off the ring apron with an axehandle, but Raven moves and Jarrett crashes and burns. On the floor Raven takes over, whipping Jarrett from coast-to-coast. Raven clotheslines himself and Jarrett into the crowd. They brawl through the crowd, and up into the arena's concession area. In the concession area, Raven scores a kneelift and a swinging neckbreaker on the concrete. That gets two. Back up, Raven hammers Jarrett onto a glass popcorn heater. Raven lays Jarrett out on it, and climbs a conveniently placed ladder. Jarrett avoids a Raven splash, and Raven puts himself through the glass.
Ouch...
That only gets two for Jarrett. Back up, Jarrett hammers Raven back toward the steps back into the arena. Jarrett grabs a shard of broken glass. Raven avoids a violent stabbing death, and backdrops Jarrett down the steps. Jarrett literally rolls down every step as Raven stands at the top doing his "Christ Pose" before following him down.
Back inside the ring, Raven pounds on Jarrett, literally snapping his kendostick over Jarrett's back. Raven finally decides to finish things with his drop toehold onto the chair. Jarrett however, turns it around quickly by jumping over the toehold and "Stroking" Raven throat-first onto the top of the open chair for the pin.
Postmatch: A Bloodied Jeff Jarrett mocks Raven's "Christ pose" as he clutches his belt and Raven lays on the mat holding his throat. Moments later
AJ Styles hits the ring, laying waste to Jarrett with a steel chair and hitting Raven with the "Spiral Tap" to close out the show.
