Title: How predictable
Description: Big Show turns heel, again

Tonight's heel turn from Big Show was more predictable than the usual Wrestlemania main event. Jesus.

I hear that they devoted 30 minutes of the pay-per-view to a non-wrestling segment with the Undertaker and Big Show. That's lovely.

A little less predictable: Chris Jericho is the new World Heavyweight Champion.

I'm still scratching my head about why they'd take Punk out of the match.

Yeah, it's interesting that they'd want to take the title off of him without him doing an actual job.

On the plus side, Afa Jr. debuted and has aligned himself with Dibiase and Rhodes. And it looks like Randy Orton is calling their shots now.

I know the net marks are going to be gnashing their teeth about CM Punk but I think they ultimately made the right choice regarding his title reign. They bailed at just the right moment for Punk's reign to be a success and to show that you can throw some off the wall champions out there and the audience will accept them if it's done well. But the problem ultimately with Punk's reign was they hadn't built any legit challengers up for him. He was fighting JBL over and over again because he really only had JBL and Jericho as challengers. They really need to turn Batista or something because the Raw brand has no top level heels at the moment. Jericho brings a better array of options as now he can fight Punk, Cena, Batista and Michaels till Wrestlemania if need be. That would also give them time to free Kane up to be a higher level heel and to turn Batista heel. So they just need to do some building.

HHH on the other hand. Fucking lose the title already. Jesus fucking Christ am I sick of him. For being such a great wrestling mind he sure is boring as hell no matter what. I literally can't remember a damned thing he's done since being the champion. He interjected himself into the Edge stuff because that seemed successful but then he's always doing that shit. Really, it's classic HHH. He's not helping any of the talent around him and they're feeding him a ridiculous amount of young talent to keep his average heat level going. I can't begin to describe how much I detest him on the shows.

ECW. They got it backwards. Hardy should've beaten Henry on television a few weeks ago and Henry should've regained the belt here. Hardy needed his big feel good win to be one on one. This devalues his win a lot. This is the type of match where a heel is supposed to steal the win and the title so he can look unworthy and then weasel his way into keeping it. But this is a bad spot for ECW. Matt Hardy is popular as hell and is really slumming in ECW. It's clear every week that he's on another planet when it comes to crowd reactions. They really need to use the guy a lot better. But on the same token. They really have found Mark Henry a nice niche with Tony Atlas and this "World's Strongest Champion" gimmick. He needs the belt for his deal to keep working. So I think he needed to get the belt back here and for Matt Hardy to get shipped off to Raw to challenge for the World Title. He's just a bad fit for ECW because he's too over.
