I'm trying hard to remember a "punk" song about a dog from circa 1998-2000. I want to say it was by a late 90's psuedo punk band--- like Less Than Jake or Buck O Nine.

It was an upbeat song that, on the surface, sounded like a love song. Words like "you look at me with your big brown eyes and it's allright..." Also had lyrics like: "every night we go outside. Sometimes you take a pee, sometimes you don't".

It was mildly popular and made the "alternative" radio circuit in...I wanna say 1998.

I've been typing in lyrics on the countless lyric sites, but I've had no luck so far. So if anyone has an idea of what it might be, please let me know.
