When I taped this "live", I stopped the tape when Rockin' Robin and Judy Martin came on. Started taping again on the Race/Haku match.
Like you said, Race/Haku was pretty good. Race came down, dumped Haku off of his "king throne" and got a pretty good pop. After that, though, the crowd was pretty much dead. Heenan bounced between corners and cheered on each guy. Very strange match-- I think it was just included to give Race some closure to his WWF run. Professionally, as well as storyline-wise. Race recently mentioned how the WWF treated him exceptionally well from 1986 to 1989, when his in-ring career was essentially over. So this match would seem to prove that good treatment.
Oh, and Ax vs. Smash was a BIG mark-out moment for me, at the time.
