For any of you out there that enjoy artsy movies that comment on the human condition, I recommend Fur. It's got Nicole Kidman and Robert Downey Jr, and they both give amazing performances.
The basic story is about a housewife and soon-to-be acclaimed photographer Diane Arbus (Kidman), married to a photographer, who discovers that a man has moved into the upstairs apartment. This man, played by Downey, suffers from that wolfman syndrome (aka he's covered in hair). She decides to go take his portrait and that inevitably leads to an affair and the breakdown of her family. Along the way, Arbus meets all sorts of "unique" people and introduces the "freak show" lifestyle to her very conservative and not-so-understanding family. This movie is set in the 40s or 50s, maybe the 60s (they never really said and I couldn't really tell). It's supposedly a "tribute" to Diane Arbus, not a biography, not that I know the story of Diane Arbus. Anyway, regardless, it's an amazing movie, but very very artsy. If you don't have your brain on it probably won't make much sense.
I recommend it if you're looking for something smart and unique to watch, with a touch of weirdness. As I said, Kidman and Downey are AMAZING in their roles (I didn't even know it was Downey until much, much later in the movie when things happen that I can't tell you because it will ruin the ending).
