Title: List Wrestlers You Hate
Description: All haterizing here!
Scrooge McSuck - February 2, 2005 05:50 AM (GMT)
Since I seem to start an argument over Brock Lesnar everytime I post news on him (maybe it's my comments when posting the news), I thought this would be a good idea. And please try and give a reason.
My List....
Just read any of the topics about Brock in WWE and you know why. Not going to argue it here, too.
John Cena: The guy is absolute shit in the ring, has been cutting the same tired promo every week for 18 months, and somehow is over with people despite showing no signs of improvement or talent. I dub him the 21st Century Lex Luger.
Jeff Jarrett: For some reason, despite being Midcarder-4-Life, he pushes himself over everyone else in TNA, has Main Evented at least 50% of the weekly PPV's, has held the title the majority of the promotions reign, and relies way too much on old school booking.
Jerry Lawler: Most overated Memphis Wrestler EVER. I honestly haven't liked a match he's had in the last 20 years. His commentary ruins shows, and makes women matches look like a joke because he can't control himself... also why is a 55+ year old man fucking 20 year olds?
Right now, that's all I got.
Benoit is God - February 2, 2005 05:53 AM (GMT)
I loved cocky, legend-killing heel Randy Orton. I am bored to tears by bland face Orton.
Actually I could just say "most WWE wrestlers" without much worry.
Scrooge McSuck - February 2, 2005 05:59 AM (GMT)
I forgot about babyface Orton, but I don't hate him for it. It's just horrible.
But I mean HATE HATE, not "I don't enjoy this guys wrestling", unless you have a lot of hate in you. I will never like the people I listed even if they killed Osama Bin Laden with a pez dispenser, which would be pretty damn funny.
prof_plague - February 2, 2005 07:07 AM (GMT)
Jeff Jarrett
Triple H, although not as much as I used to
Goldberg, not that he really wrestles anymore
Jeff Hardy
Lex Luger
Benoit is God - February 2, 2005 07:38 AM (GMT)
"But I mean HATE HATE"
Can't say I hate any wrestler at the moment.
Scrooge McSuck - February 2, 2005 06:42 PM (GMT)
OK, how bout "Loath to the point I change the channel when they are on"?

I agree with you on this one, except like Orton, i think his overness is fading being a face. And he's the worst rapper ever.
I hate Christian. He's just about as exciting as dry toast. That's what I hate about him is that he elicits no reaction from me, so I just want him off my TV.
dynamite kido - February 2, 2005 08:16 PM (GMT)
Wow WMD, you really hate Xian? Well, he's booked to shit.......but other than that I would consider him one of the best guys on the RAW roster. I mean his character is pretty bland but I wouldn't fault anyone but creative for that.....he's great on the mic too. Glad to see they finally allowed him to do some of his mic stuff with Cena at the PPV. He constantly shows that he'd be over as a comedy guy......but I guess they refuse to go that route with him.
whitemilesdavis - February 2, 2005 08:40 PM (GMT)
I can't really blame creative for my hatred of Christian, he just does nothing for me. Actually most of the WWE roster is headed in that direction.
Scrooge McSuck - February 2, 2005 10:16 PM (GMT)
Christian is a mixed-bag. I don't find him offensive in any category, but outside of the comic stooge, he doesn't stand out. He's the perfect-example of "WWE Style".
whitemilesdavis - February 3, 2005 12:23 AM (GMT)
Except for he's small, and his moves don't appear to hurt. But yeah, what you said is pretty much why I hate the guy.

I completely agree. I hate him as a singles wrestler.
prof_plague - February 3, 2005 02:45 AM (GMT)
Which makes me spin off to another wrestler:
Edge. I don't see him as that great of a wrestler. He doesn't seem to have gotten any better. I've liked him before, but not so much now. I think the peak for those two were when they had the comedic-heel gimmick as a tag team. I mean, right down to trying to entertain Triple H by playing his entrance music on the kazoos!
But then again...but it's because of the "WWE Style", where soon enough, every wrestler and every match will be more or less the same.
Mad Dog - February 3, 2005 02:55 AM (GMT)
I liked Edge as the weird loner. After that it was kind of downhill with the guy. I used to love the creepy music and him not saying anything. But the WWF always has to ruin that shit.
Scrooge McSuck - February 3, 2005 03:19 AM (GMT)
Edge & Gangrel = ruled.
Edge talking = OK, as a goofy heel
Edge talking and being serious: Someone shoot the bastard NOW!
prof_plague - February 3, 2005 04:09 AM (GMT)
TehDoct0r - February 3, 2005 05:49 AM (GMT)
Jeff Hardy. That's really it.

I change the channel if anyone other than Benoit, Guerrero, Mysterio, London, or Batista is on. ;-)
Scrooge McSuck - February 3, 2005 08:57 AM (GMT)
One of those names doesn't belong with the others... and ditto on liking them (GO LONDON!), except I'm not high on Rey Jr.
Benoit is God - February 3, 2005 08:58 AM (GMT)
Well what if Batista squashes HHH one day and I miss it? :P

Good point. E & C were a good tag-team but they both suck as singles.
SamoaRowe - February 3, 2005 03:18 PM (GMT)
I don't think I hate many wrestlers because most of them that I'm familiar with have done something at one point or another that entertained me.
But... based on skill, I strongly dislike:
Tyson Tomko
Nathan Jones
Kenzo Suzuki
Billy Gunn
Goldberg
Jim Duggan
Chynna Doll
Based on out of ring reasons:
Kevin Sullivan
Vampiro
Missy Hyatt
Jimmy Snuka
Davey Boy Smith (I know he's dead, but he did some awful shitty things in his life)
Dynamite Kid
Shawn Michaels
Teddy Hart
I'll think of more later.
Big F'N Swigg - February 3, 2005 03:56 PM (GMT)
HBK-I used to hate him, liked him when he first came back, and now I'm sick of him. He's a WWF mark's Ric Flair.
E & C (I completely agree with the Edge & Christian hate. I was angry when Edge jumped to RAW. I haven't seen anything in him since the tag team days.)
Maven-I saw potential, and now I see potential wasted.
Luger-I've never liked him, because I've always known that the only reason he's over is because he has muscles.
Heidenreich-He just doesn't sit right with me
Garrison Cade-see Heidenrieich
prof_plague - February 3, 2005 11:14 PM (GMT)
Thank you! I forgot to add HBK. I may have marked from him 7 to 10 years ago, but I can't stand to watch him wrestle name. Same with Flair, but that's an in-ring thing. And honestly, it looks like Flair still has some fight in him - but the higher-ups in the WWE won't let him.
And as for Maven...I like Maven...as a midcarder. He doesn't deserve such a push he has now.
Real F'n Show - February 3, 2005 11:18 PM (GMT)
Let's see:
Hardcore Holly
Billy Gunn
Tyson Tomko
Nathan Jones
Kenzo Suzuki
Sylvan Grenier
Maven
Goldberg
Jeff Jarrett
Kevin Nash
Shawn Michaels
Triple H
Heidenreich
Snitsky
Jeff Hardy
