They accepted without any altercation going down.

Third Show News!
After a few months, Ground Zero Wrestling is coming back with the third show entitled "Living Nightmare."
There are certainly a lot of issues brewing in GZW and one of them happens to be the main event of the show as it's Tyler Black and Jimmy Jacobs against Marek Brave and Jerry Lynn in a Tag Team contest. Black and Brave used to be a tag team until Black started finding success with Jacobs in various other promotions. Brave isn't jealous but rather upset at his former partner's view of life. Black has been talking down about Brave lately building up towards this match.
Josh Prohibition and Matt Cross are gunning after Derek Sitar after Sitar cheated his way through the first match in the Trophy Tournament months ago. So at Living Nightmare, Sitar will be facing off against Prohibition with Matt Cross as the referee.
Austin Aries finds himself with the target on his back as he is the Midwest Trophy Holder, defeating Davey Richards and Mike Quackenbush in the triple threat match that rocked down the house last time. Aries finds himself defending the trophy against Ben Sailer in what could be a sleeper match of the night.
The last announced match is that for the Junior Heavyweight Championship as Mike Quackenbush, Arik Cannon, Low-Ki, El Generico, Chuck Taylor and Davey Richards in a six man elimination match. The last man standing will become the first Junior Heavyweight Champion in GZW history.
So make sure to order tickets for Living Nightmare coming to you from an undisclosed location in Shakopee, Minnesota!
Announced Matches
Tyler Black/Jimmy Jacobs vs. Marek Brave/Jerry Lynn
Ben Sailer vs. Austin Aries © for the GZW Midwest Trophy
Derek Sitar vs. Josh Prohibition w/Matt Cross as the guest referee
Mike Quackenbush vs. Arik Cannon vs. Low-Ki vs. El Generico vs. Chuck Taylor vs. Davey Richards for the GZW Junior Heavyweight Championship

Ground Zero Wrestling Presents Living Nightmare
Attendance: 124
State Show Held In: Shakopee, Minnesota
Show Time Start: 7:15
Show Time End: 11:00
15 Minute Intermission
Delirious vs. Egotistico Fantastico
Winner: Delirious @ 9:56 via pinfall after Chemical Imbalance
In a comedy opener that got the crowd into it, Delirious was able to get the better of Ego tonight. Both men shook hands after the match in a sign of respect.
Ryan Cruz/Darin Corbin vs. Matty Star/Johnny Fitness
Winners: Cruz/Corbin @ 10:09 via pinfall after Cruz pinned Star using the ropes
The heel team of Northstar Express (Cruz/Corbin) were able to hand Star and Fitness pretty well for most of the match. Fitness tried to comeback but Star did the blind tag and got rolled up almost right after. Star and Fitness shoved each other afterwards, showing a bit of anger.
Derek Sitar vs. Josh Prohibition w/"M-Dogg" Matt Cross as the guest ref
Winner: The match went to a no contest @ 12:34 after Prohibition beat down Cross with the help of Sitar
In what was shaping up to be a great match up was all but ended as Prohibition revealed his true side by brutally turning on Matt Cross and walked out of the ring with Derek Sitar.
Kevin Steen vs. Chris Hero
Winner: Chris Hero @ 11:11 via submission after the Hangman's Clutch
In what was a good technical encounter, Chris Hero was able to best the Canadian Kevin Steen with the Hangman's Clutch. After the match, Steen cut a promo saying that even though he lost, he wants Austin Aries soon.
Mike Quackenbush vs. Arik Cannon vs. Low-Ki vs. El Generico vs. Chuck Taylor vs. Davey Richards for the GZW Junior Heavyweight Championship
Order of Elimination:
Chuck Taylor @ 8:19 via pinfall after a Glimmering Warlock from Cannon
Arik Cannon @ 16:44 via pinfall after a Shooting Star Press from Richards
El Generico @ 20:33 via submission after a CHIKARA Special by Quack
Low-Ki @ 26:56 via pinfall after a DR Driver from Richards
Mike Quackenbush @ 32:27 via submission after the Kimira Lock
Winner: Davey Richards to become the GZW Junior Heavyweight Champion
This was a MOTYC! All six men went at it and it was just amazing. The final two was full of false finishes. Richards and Quack bumped heads and as the ref checked on Richards, Arik Cannon came back and hit Quack with the Glimmering Warlock that led into the Richards win. After the match was over, Low-Ki came out and shook the hand of Davey Richards. Richards then turned heel and hit Ki with another DR Driver!
Ben Sailer vs. Austin Aries © for the GZW Midwest Trophy
Winner: Austin Aries @ 16:40 via pinfall after the 450 Splash
This was another great technical match as both men kept it on the mat for a great while until the offense of Aries slowly began to wear down Sailer.
Tyler Black/Jimmy Jacobs vs. Marek Brave/Jerry Lynn
Winners: Tyler Black/Jimmy Jacobs @ 23:21 via pinfall after Black hit Brave with the Small Package Driver
These four showed why they got the main event spot although it wasn't as good as the Six Way from earlier in the night. Jacobs hit Lynn with a chair while the ref was distracted around twenty minutes so Brave had to fend off Black and Jacobs but it was just too much for him in the end. After the match, Brave got on the microphone as Black/Jacobs were near the curtain. Brave challenged Jacobs to a No DQ match the next show! Jacobs said he accepts.
Overall, this was a pretty good show. The two best matches were the main event and the Junior Heavyweight Title match with the Trophy match coming in third. Everyone was shocked as Prohibition turning on Cross as well as Davey Richards showing a lack of respect for Low-Ki and Cannon screwing Quack! A lot of stuff is set up and I'm interested to see where it goes.
They announced the following matches for the next show as people were leaving.
Kevin Steen vs. Austin Aries in a non trophy match
Marek Brave vs. Jimmy Jacobs in a No DQ match
Low-Ki/Mike Quackenbush vs. Davey Richards/Arik Cannon
ProjectLoveHewitt - September 19, 2008 12:58 AM (GMT)
Forth Show News!
On the heels of the last show, Living Nightmare, the first Junior Heavyweight Champion was crowned, the Midwest Trophy was retained and so much more.
Kevin Steen has made his intentions known that he wants that Midwest Trophy but as luck would have it, he failed to defeat Chris Hero. So the officials of GZW made a match between Austin Aries and Kevin Steen into a non trophy match. Steen was quite upset upon hearing the news, citing that the GZW officials are favoring Austin Aries. Aries has welcomed Steen to bring it on anytime, anywhere.
The war between Marek Brave and Tyler Black wages on as Brave wants to make an example out of Black's tag team partner, Jimmy Jacobs, in a No Disqualification match. Jacobs agreed without a second thought. However, with this stipulation, this can essentially be a handicap match in the favor of Black and Jacobs. Brave has stated he's found backup in case that happens. Who it is, we don't know but I'm sure we'll find out.
It's clear there are some issues brewing within' the Junior Heavyweight Division as Davey Richards was able to outlast five other men to win the title. Afterwards, Low-Ki, a man who loves to pride himself on respect, shook the hand of Davey before getting assaulted with a DR Driver. Richards then spat on Low-Ki before walking out of the ring with the title in his grasp.
Mike Quackenbush is a man that many people are claiming should be the rightful holder of that Junior Heavyweight Title as Arik Cannon cost him the match. Cannon has yet to state a reason why he did so but Quackenbush is said to be furious at Cannon.
With all those reasons in mind, the front offices made a tag team match between the four of them with Quackenbush and Ki teaming up to take on Cannon and Richards. That has the potential to be an absolute show stealer.
Josh Prohibition and Derek Sitar have been suspended for the upcoming show after a brutal assault on Matt Cross. Cross was left a bloody mess in the middle of the ring after Prohibition and Sitar were through with him. Cross has pleaded with the front office to let them in the building but they simply won't allow it. If Sitar and Prohibition happen to show up, they will be fined. Will that stop them from getting their hands on Matt Cross? All signs point to no.
Other Matches
Delirious vs. El Generico
Chance Cordova vs. Gage Octane
Ben Sailer/Nate Bash vs. Ryan Cruz/Darin Corbin vs. Johnny Fitness/Matty Star vs. Jerry Lynn/Nick Dinsmore in a Scramble Match.
Watch all of this live as Ground Zero Wrestling Presents First Stand from the La Crosse Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
