Well, what are some other events you think should be on the list of 15 Greatest Raw Moments, and what should be #1.
And why is McMahon's limo exploding greater than Jericho's Debut?
SamoaRowe - November 28, 2007 08:29 PM (GMT)
Because Vince has a big ego?
Hell, Hornswoggle being revealed as the bastard son will probably be number 5 or something.

The exploding limo was pretty cool. The month of storyline after it? Dreadful.
Big F'N Swigg - December 5, 2007 09:07 PM (GMT)
I need to update this later tonight.
EDIT: ANd I still can't believe anyone would list that limo explosion as a more exciting moment than Y2J's debut. That was an ELECTRIC night. The first time I watched RAW ever, honestly.
SamoaRowe - December 5, 2007 11:09 PM (GMT)
True, but like I said earlier, it's just sucking up to the boss.
Big F'N Swigg - December 7, 2007 05:21 PM (GMT)
I updated the list, and I'm kind of 50-50 on it. I really don't think Edge & Lita's Live Sex Celebration should be at #7.

I also laugh at the company line for DX's Invasion of WCW:

Invading WWE.com’s Greatest Moments in Raw History at No. 4 is one of the instrumental battles fought during the epic Monday Night Wars – one fought on enemy soil … by D-Generation X.
Breaching enemy lines for the first time ever, Triple H field-led a camo-clad quintet of D-Generates onto the turf of rival wrestling franchise WCW on April 27, 1998. Never before had any individual from a competing sports-entertainment promotion come so close to the frontlines, let alone acknowledge the competitor. That didn’t stop their sergeant, The Game, from leading the DX troop to The Scope in Norfolk, Va. – the arena hosting Monday Nitro that very evening.
“WCW, let my people go!” Triple H exclaimed, as he stood mounted atop a war-bound jeep with a cannon nestled between his army fatigue pant legs. With his subordinate DX soldiers at his side in their “X” labeled helmets, The Game corralled scores of supporters outside the arena and turned many WCW ticket holders into WWE diehards.
The D-Generates even tried to infiltrate the sports complex and ride their vehicle into the rear entrance of the arena, so that they might come face-to-camouflage painted face with their competitors. Though locked out, Triple H and his pack continued to bellow war cries that were undoubtedly heard by the athletes in the WCW locker room mere yards away.
Brazenly confronting the enemy and extinguishing the excitement for that night’s edition of Nitro – for fans and WCW’s roster alike – DX managed to “fire the first shot” in the Monday Night Wars. Not just the first shot, but also one of the most potent; this invasion proved to be a critical turning point in the clash for sports-entertainment supremacy in the late 1990s. And if WCW wasn’t down with that, DX had two very specific words for them. |

Finally, something I can really agree with: Austin's beer truck at #2

Going with that, Angle's milk bath was pretty friggin' hilarious, too.
The blown up limo? I liked Hulk driving a semi thru a limo better.

If Angle wasn't in TNA, I don't doubt that the milk truck would be on the list.

What the hell is December 10? Did you not update this for No. 1?
Big F'N Swigg - January 17, 2008 03:37 PM (GMT)
Sorry, no. 1 was Vince buys WCW
Erick Von Erich - January 17, 2008 10:48 PM (GMT)
Whattabout Mike Awesome winning the Hardcore Title?!
I've seen maybe 4% of the RAW catalog, but I liked:
-Rock vs. Hogan confrontation. Even all the over-booking. What a fun beat down
-Flair's debut... when was that, November 2001?
-Benoit/Jericho winning the tag titles from Austin/Helmsley
-Kurt Angle's moonsault off the top of the cage, circa June 2001. Onto.... Benoit? No way they'd ever cite THAT, now.
-ECW reforms. Cool for the 45 minutes or so, until Stephanie came out.
-Henry Godwin accidentally slops someone. Yuk yuk... what hi-jinks.
