Darn. RIP, big guy.

Sad, but we're amost going to have to start a "OAO You're Dead Thread". Getting creppy to watch 24/7 and see all the departed.

Yeah, I was thinking about starting one, but it would be a morbid addition to the board :(.

Wow, this one was out of nowhere.

It was pretty unexpected. RIP, Crush.

The local news radio had a blurb about this during their halftime update, tonight. They simply said "another WWE wrestler has died. Brian Adams, also known as Crush, was found dead at his home over the weekend".

They're obviously sharks still circling from the Benoit case. I recall NO mention of any previous wrestler deaths on their station (well, except for Owen hart back in '99). Weak how they also spun it to read "another WWE wrestler has died", as if he was a current contemporary of Benoit.

What a load of shit. And people wonder why I don't watch the news (though in this case, it was radio).

Yeah, nowadays I'll listen to the news just to get a sampling of what's going on. If I hear a story that sounds interesting, I'll make sure to research it, later on. They did a quick Rockies game recap last week and mentioned that someone had pitched "the entire game with a broken leg". Turns out, a guy had hurt himself and come out in the 7th.

Even something as simple as the weather forecast is highly unreliable around here. Every morning it's: "WE'RE GONNA BE 100 DEGREES TODAY!!!! 101 tomorrow!!! 102 the next day!!!". Then it turns out to be about 91 to 94 all three days.

It's sorry, because Denver's KOA, the station that broadcasts this hyperbole, is heard all the way from northern Wyoming to central New Mexico. Then as far east as Topeka, Kansas sometimes.
