#15- Ebony Experience vs Steven Dane and Gary Young - July 31, 1992
There are certain moments in sports where the hungry up-and-comers finally break on through and make the big time. The 1981 NFC title game, where Joe Montana and the 49ers beat the Dallas Cowboys. Or when Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls finally beat the Boston Celtics in the 1991 NBA playoffs. July 31 was another. The setting was the Global Dome, as the Ebony Experience of Stevie Ray and Booker T defeated Steven Dane & "Gorgeous" Gary Young to capture the GWF Tag Team Championship. No other team would dominate the GWF tag ranks (well, maybe the Beach Boys) the way the Ebony Experience would, as his was their first notch on the road to glory. Stevie Ray's clubbing forearms led to their classic victory.
#14 Unofficial WCW TV Championship: Stevie Ray vs. Chavo Guererro, Jr - August 8, 1998 (WCW Road Wild)
Filling in for the injured TV Champ Booker T on his first high-profile PPV single smatch, Stevie Ray went on to pin Chavo (and Pepe the Pony) in front of 82,007 fans (and Jay Leno) at Sturgis. Reminiscent of Clint Longley filling in for an injured Roger Staubach on Thanksgiving Day, as Ray's clubbing forearms helped fuel this classic confrontation.

Great athletes find a way to win, no matter what it takes. That was the case here as Stevie Ray and his clubbing forearms earned a hard-fought win by disqualification in this classic match.
#12 - Stevie Ray vs. Sumo Fuji - June 25, 1998 - WCW Thunder
WCW and Thunder needed something special. So it was, on this day that Stevie Ray went to the ring for his first-ever singles match on Thunder. Against an amazingly awesome New Japan star, no less. Stevie was up to challenge and was able to adapt, adjust and overcome the New Japan style. Stevie's clubbing forearms proved the difference as he was triumphant in this classic bout.
#11- Stevie Ray vs. Doc Dean- July 1, 1998- WCW Thunder
It's hard to top yourself, but Stevie Ray did just as he returned the very next week to defeat Doc Dean. Stevie's clubbing forearms were up to the test, as he easily dispatched Dean for the 1.....2.....3 in another classic contest.
#10- Stevie Ray vs. Horace Hogan - March 14, 1999 - WCW Nitro
The nWo b-team needed a leader. One who would lead by example, a "flapjack" and a stern kick to the tummy. Stevie's clubbing forearms and 285 lbs of stern justice reigned down on Horace Hogan as he snatched the victory from the abyss of despair in this classic match.
#9- Stevie Ray vs. Vincent, Horace Hogan & Brian Adams -April 5, 1999 - WCW Nitro
Could Stevie top his last performance again? The answer was a resounding "YES" Stevie proved his authority and mastery as he eliminated 3 rivals to officially become the leader of the nWo Black & White B-team. Splendid in his vertically striped tights, Stevie's clubbing forearms helped to pace this 4 star classic bout.
#8- Strap Match/WCW World Title Tournament- Stevie Ray vs. Buff Bagwell - November 1, 1999 - WCW Nitro
Never one to rest on his laurels, Stevie entered himself in the tournament for the vacant WCW World Title. As fate would have it, he faced a tough Buff Bagwell in a strap match. Succesfully adapting to the stipulation, Stevie's clubbing forearms were not able to earn the victory. But even in defeat, Stevie delivered another classic showing.
#7- Stevie Ray vs. Kronik - September 20, 2000 - WCW Thunder
Stevie hid from no man. Even two men with spiffy shoulderpads. Stevie's clubbing forearms put up a valiant fight, but they weren't enough as he suffered defeat in this handicap match against Kronik. Nonetheless, it was a hard-fought, classic conflict.
#6- Stevie Ray vs. Eddie Guererro- August 12, 1998 -WCW Thunder
Proving he was extremely versatile, Stevie succesfuly defeated WWE Hall of Famer, Eddie Guererro on a sweaty night in August 1998. This would lead to Eddie's frustaration with WCW and formation of the widely popular LWO. People often forget that Stevie was instrumental in the early formation of the LWO, just as Sam Houston was instrumental in the early formation of the Four Horsemen. Stevie's clubbing forearms were enough to overcome Guererro and earn the victory in this classic strife of ring generals.
#5- Stevie Ray vs. Kanyon - July 19, 1999- WCW Thunder
The "innovator of offense" was stymied by Stevie's clubbing forearms in his classic skirmish.
#4- Stevie Ray vs. Alex Porteau - September 29, 1992 - GWF TV
Despite help from his brother, Booker T, and outside interference from erstwhile mamager Sebastian, Stevie was the star of this match. His clubbing forearms thwarted the efforts of future WWF Superstar Porteau as he went on to victory in this classic tussle.
#3- Stevie Ray vs. Disco Inferno- February 7, 2000 - WCW Nitro
Disco Fever had been running rampant...until it ran headlong into the fortress known as Stevie Ray. Stevie needed every one of his clubbing forearms this night, as he pinned the vastly underrated Disco Inferno in this classic encounter.
#2- Stevie Ray vs. Vincent- July 26, 1999- WCW Nitro
For over a year, Stevie had been annoyed by Vincent and his "sad sack" ways. Stevie finally cornered Vincent in the ring on an episode of Thunder and would know sweet venegeance. It vindicated Stevie and left no doubt in anyone's mind that Stevie was a force to be reckoned with. His clubbing forearms dominated Vincent from pillar to post in this classic dust-off.

Officially a singles champion at last, Stevie would know victory this night. Overcoming Damien's facepaint and furious lucha libre style, Stevie perservered and used his clubbing forearms to gain the pinfall in his ultimate classic clash!
