1.Mike Rotunda vs Brad Armstrong for the TV championship

Rotunda starts with a take down. He hits a Fireman's carry on Armstrong. He continues with slaps and European uppercuts. Rotunda goes to the outside to stall. Armstrong comes back with a dropkick to send rotunda to the outside. Armstrong puts on a headlock. Rotunda tries to pin Armstrong with no avail. Armstrong hits a nice body press for a 2. Brad continues with a headlock and a nice spinning arm ringer. The fans go crazy for brad Armstrong. Brady continues to go after the arm of rotunda. Rotunda comes back with a knee to the gut and drops Armstrong on the top rope. Sullivan attacks Armstrong on the outside. The heels continues to attack brad legal and illegally. Rotunda pins for a 2 count. He locks on a headlock. Rotunda just goes old school wrestling on Armstrong. Armstrong continues to kick out at 2. Locks on another headlock. Armstrong tries to come back and rotunda just knocks him out with a clothesline for 2. Rotunda and Sullivan start to get pissed at Armstrong kicking out at 2. Rotunda tosses Armstrong out so Sullivan can beat him up. Armstrong hits a sunset flip for 2 thanks to tommy young. Dr. Death comes out to support Armstrong as brad kicks out at two. Inside Cradle for 2 by brad. Both men just fight and Rotunda hits the airplane spin. Rotunda keeps trying to put him away but fails as the time limit starts counting down. Armstrong won't go down without a fight though. Time limit draw as Armstrong goes the distance.

Comments: Great opener between 2 very good wrestlers. Rotunda is very underrated especially in the 80's.

2. Sheepherders vs Nikita Koloff and Dr. Death Steve Williams

Luke and Doc start off. Shoulder tackle by Dr. Death. A series of tackles by Doc. Butch and Nikita come in. Nikita takes care of both herders. The Herders stall. The heels double team Nikita. But that doesn't last long as he tags in doc. Clothesline on Luke and a suplex. Top rope body press by doc for 2. Nikita tags in and goes crazy on Luke. The Faces tag very frequently. Luke gets double teamed by the faces. Dropkick by Nikita. Doc goes after the arm but misses a tackle in the corner. Luke tags in Butch and they go after the arm/shoulder. Doc "hulk's up" meaning no sell but butch clobbers him from behind. Butch hits luke on accident and Nikita tags in and goes crazy. Nikita gets clipped from behind. Top rope headbutt by Luke for 2. The heels continue to attack Nikita. Dr. Death tries to rally the crowd. Nikita hits a right hand and tries to come back but to no avail. Luke misses the headbutt from the top. Dr. Death tags in. Butch clips Doc's leg. Doc tags in Nikita and Nikita hits the Russian Sickle for the 3 count.

Comments: Not a bad match. Sheepherders are actually good in it.

3. Dusty Rhodes vs Kevin Sullivan

Dusty gets mugged by ladies during his entrance. Bionic elbow and dusty goes crazy. Kevin and Gary hart crash into each other. Sullivan hits a cheap shot on dusty. Sullivan and Gary take dusty to the outside. Kevin controls the match. Kevin hits dusty in the head with a spike. Low Blow by Dusty. Dusty starts his comeback. Rhodes hits Kevin with the spike and gary attacks. Al Perez hits dusty from behind with a chain. The heels double team dusty. Dusty pins Gary Hart?

Comments: Not that much of a match more like a brawl. Shitty Ending.

4. Russian Chain match: Ricky Morton vs Ivan Koloff

Ivan starts off by attacking ricky with punches and the chain. Morton low blows ivan with the chain. However it's ineffective on Ivan. Both men fight for advantage of the chain. Ivan takes advantage. Morton comes back and tries to drag Ivan but fails. Double Axe handle by Ivan. Ivan falls off the top rope. Ivan chokes ricky with the chain. He hangs ricky with the chain. Ivan whips ricky with the chain. He tries to drag ricky but fails. Now ricky chokes ivan. Ivan hits ricky in the head with the chain from the top rope. Ricky drags Ivan. Paul jones loses his grip of Ivan and Ricky hits all four corners. Paul Jones and the Russian Assassins turn on Ivan Koloff.

Comments: Not a very good match at all. Morton is overrated and Ivan isn't that good at this point of his career.

5.Main event: Barry Windham vs Sting for the US title

Sting starts off with some Arm drags. Barry nails Sting with some punches. Sting comes back with some dropkicks to send barry to the outside for some stalling. Barry hits a nice Backdrop which sting no sells and nails barry with a series of dropkicks. Barry goes for a test of strength but kicks sting low. Barry then hits a series of punches. Sting no sells and hits an atomic drop. Sting then hits a series of punches and a couple face drops. Sting misses an elbow. Barry takes sting to the outside. Barry slams sting on the outside. Barry suplexes sting. Sting hits a sunset flip. Nice kneedrop by Barry for two. Inside cradle by sting for 2. Barry misses a splash and heads to the outside. Barry gets busted open. Sting makes a comeback and just beats up barry with back scrapes and punches. Sleeper hold by Sting. Barry goes after sting's knee. Figure four by barry on sting. Back drop by barry. Sting makes a comeback. Barry hits the claw on the pectoral muscle on sting. Sting sends barry to the outside. Barry Hits the ref on accident and sting hits the stinger splash. Sting hits JJ and barry nails sting with a chair. John Ayers comes in and the ref dq's barr. John Ayers goes after JJ.

Comments: Pretty good main event. Barry Rules all.

I asked myself the same questions. Apparently, He's a former football player that's a friend of Flair, Watts and Jim Ross. He was Commissioner in the dying days of the UWF.
