Clash of champions 2 Miami Mayhem

1.US title match: Barry Windham vs Brad Armstong

Before the match starts, they show some guy in a wrestlemania 4 t shirt before they cut away. They start off with some feeling out. Barry takes advantage with an arm bar. Brad reverses it with a body slam and barry goes outside. Brad hits an armdrag and headlock. Barry reverses into a leg scissors. He stalls and goes to the outside. Barry continues to stall and brad starts to get pissed. Barry catches brad with a sick right hand. Barry misses the fistdrop and barry heads to the outside. Brad puts on another headlock. Brad continues to take advantage but makes a mistake and Barry hits a backdrop. Barry gets a 2 count with a bodyslam. Barry hits brad with a wicked right hand that's got a glove on it. FIGURE FOUR leg lock by Windham. JJ holds his hands for extra leverage as the crowd goes crazy. Brad goes to reverse it but jj helps barry. Finally after 3 minutes, the ref catches barry. Barry goes up to the top but misses bad. Brad comes back with some punches, a dropkick and some slams. Brad hits a bodypress for 2. He goes for it again but barry takes advantage and hits THE CLAW for a 3 count.

Comments: OK opener for the people involved. Stupid ass finish as the claw is horrible. Brad hits a lot of headlocks.

Tony and bob interview Lyle Alzado about Learning the Ropes. Clips air of the show with ric flair, road warriors etc. What a show, no wonder it didn't last.

Tony and bob interview the returning Rock n roll express. Talk about their return.

Clips of the Ric Flair/Lex Luger Great american bash signing on board of a yacht blackhawk. They treat this as a big deal. Both men cut promos.

Jim ross is outside to greet The Four Horsemen.

2. US Tag titles: Fantastics vs SheepHearders w/Rip Morgan

Before the match starts, we see Lex luger arrive only to get attacked by the horsemen. They don't even hide the blatant bladejob Dillon gives Luger.

Butch and Tommy Rogers start off. The Sheephearders take control early. Tommy tags in Bobby who dropkicks luke. The hearders beat up Bobby. After some sloppy wrestling, Fulton takes it to the outside and attacks rip Morgan. Tommy Rogers tags in and takes Luke to the mat. Horrible looking cradle for a 2 by rogers. Butch goes after Tommy on the mat. All four men are in the ring and the crowd pops. Butch takes control of rogers. Abdominal stretch by luke. The heels do some nice double team moves. Fulton tags in after a mistake. The Hearders take control again. Bobby hits a nice body press on both. A series of them actually for 2 counts. The fantastics come back when rogers tags in. But it didn't take long as the hearders to some heel moves. Butch hits rogers with a chair. Nice knee to the back by miller. Rogers lands right on his head after miller hits him in the gut for a 2. Rogers finally tags in fulton who comes in like a house of fire. Miller misses his cue and williams is pinned. Winners Fantastics.

Comments: HORRIBLE match. Should have been shorter and The Sheephearders suck ass. Better then when they were the Bushwackers but they still suck.

3. The Garvins vs The Varsity Club

Dr. Death is doing commentery and Kevin Sullivan is locked in a cage. Jim Ross update on Lex Luger

Starts off with a brawl. Double Sleeper holds. Ron and Steiner start off. Jimmy tags in and goes after the arm. Throughout the match, Kevin sullivan is trying to talk to precious cause she has the key. Rotunda comes in and nails jimmy with a fireman's carry. The garvins try to double team to no avail. Rotunda goes after ron's arm and illegal tag to Steiner. The heels continue to attack the arm of ron garvin. Jimmy goes after kevin in the cage. Ron tags jimmy but the ref doesn't see it. Another tag the ref doesn't see as the heels attack ron more. ROn comes back by chopping the hell out of steiner and tagging. Jimmy comes in a house of fire on steiner and goes to the mat with a front facelock. The faces attack steiner and ron puts steiner in a number of near falls. Rotunda then gets the crap slapped out of him. Leg drop by rotunda. The heels double team ron with the ring rope. Ron hits the camera man butt first to the head. Sullivan punches ron from the cage. Jimmy comes in and a brawl starts. Kevin gets the key from precious as Jimmy pins steiner. Kevin chokes Precious and Dr. Death makes the save. Precious pushes Jimmy and leaves.

Comments: ok match but the main focus is on Sullivan and Precious. Not alot of action.

Clips of the powers of pain and Ivan koloff attacking The road warriors. A picture of the Tower of doom is shown.

4. Al Perez vs Nikita Koloff

They feel each other out to start off. Al perez goes after the Arm. Nikita reverses it with a nice arm ringer. Nikita continues to go after the arm as al tries to make a comeback. Al hits nikita with a knee and forearms. Nikita misses the elbow and perez takes advantage. Gary Hart attacks nikita on the table. Gary punches Nikita again. Nikita tries to go after gary but al catches him and body slams him on the outside concrete. Al tries to suplex but falls under nikita's weight for a nearfall. AL goes after the arm. Nikita picks up al and hits a backdrop but al continues the attack. Nikita tries a sunset flip but misses. Nikita hits a suplex. Nikita comes back with punches and elbows. Larry Zybisco runs in for the dq. The heels attack Nikita.

Comments: Good match with some good work by Al perez. Nikita is passable.

5. Main Event: World tag team title match, Arn Anderson and Tully Blanchard vs Dusty Rhodes and Sting

Arn and Sting start off. Arn hits sting with a cheap shot in the corner. Arn misses a clothesline and hits the ring post. Sting works on the arm. Tully tags in and sting goes after him with a nice head sissors. In comes Dusty. Bionic Elbows everywhere. Dusty just punches the hell out of Tully. Figure four on tully and arn makes the save. Tag by Arn. JJ dillon chokes dusty. Tully goes after Dusty but dusty comes back with a flying lariat. Dropkick by dusty and tags in sting. Bodypress by sting. Stinger splash in the corner and goes for the Scropian but arn attacks from the back. Arn misses a splash but the heels continue to attack sting. Beautiful double team by Tully/Arn for a 2. DDT on the outside by Arn. Dusty tags in. More bionic elbows and a ddt. Sting throws the ref for a dq. A brawl ensues. In comes barry windham with the claw. Ric Flair comes in after sting. Barry puts the claw on dusty.

Comments: match of the night and that's not saying much. Tully/Arn were great at this time and Sting does most of the work for the Faces.

Overall: OK show. No real standout matches. The main event was good as was Perez/Nikita and Barry/Brad.
