Mad Dog - October 23, 2006 10:10 PM (GMT)
This thread is to talk about the greatest aquatic wrestler in the sport today. You may also discuss other great superstars like D-Ray 3000.

His fin is neat.
D-Ray has a cool fro.
that is all.

I actually found out over the summer that he runs a local fed called Buckeye Pro Wrestling.

I remember when Shark Boy first showed up in PWI 500. They had a little black and white picture of him. I thought, "That's gotta suck".
Mad Dog - October 23, 2006 11:45 PM (GMT)
I remember the first time I saw him was on some Discovery Channel documentary. I believe John Cena also appeared on the same show as the Prototype.

Wasn't he on some MTV True Life special or something? I vaguely remember he and "Rapid Delivery" Rory Fox, as I think they were showing HWA footage.
Human Tornado totally owns D-Ray though.

Yep. MTV's True Life "I'm a professional wrestler".
I think I have it on VHS somewhere...

Shark Boy stole the show in the dark match at the Smackdown tapings a few years ago. The spoilers said that the crowd loved him and kept chanting for him the entire night.
Mad Dog - October 24, 2006 04:12 PM (GMT)
So of course he didn't get signed.
eStragand - October 24, 2006 05:05 PM (GMT)
Umm, umm...remember that..that one time...when um, Shark Boy and D-Ray were hanging out at Universal's Islands of Adventure.. with Popeye?
Yeah..... .that was awesome.

I found it funny back in the early days of TNA when he came out to the ring with those Hulk hands. I think he was teaming with New Jack at the time.

The team of New Jack and Shark Boy was fucking brilliant.

Yeah, it runs in Middletown, Ohio. Matt Striker is a regular, as is Abyss. And "Evil" Shark Boy
eStragand - October 25, 2006 03:28 AM (GMT)
Wait...EVIL Shark Boy? Is it the same guy in a black version of the costume? Frick, that'd rule.
Big F'N Swigg - October 25, 2006 03:46 PM (GMT)
No, it's a different worker. Him and Shark Boy have feuded in the past
Mad Dog - October 26, 2006 10:31 PM (GMT)
I'll admit. I still laugh everytime Shark Boy bites someone on the ass.
