The UFC has outdrawn Wrestlemania twice this year with 60 and 61. The WWE isn't the No. 1 wrestling company in the U.S. anymore.

Very good point. Vince is still in his "TNA isn't competition, hahaha" mode and has completely ignored UFC. He probably figures that since his tv shows still get better ratings than UFC shows, then he's ahead, but the fact of the matter is that a larger percentage of UFC's audience care about the product to order the ppvs. Today's WWE fans care enough to watch the free tv, but can't even be bothered to order the biggest show of the year.
