Some interesting news out of Tokyo Sports today. It looks like a number of Japanese and American promotions are going to be organizing together under one banner to help further the development of pro wrestling around the globe. NOAH's Mitsuharu Misawa is the head of this. He appeared with NOAH ring announcer Ryu Nakata and Zero One MAXs' Shinjiro Ohtani in the article.
Activity is scheduled to start next month. What exactly this activity is, whether it is promoting shows or some other type isn't really unknown. There is also talk of using it to find new talent, give retired wrestlers work, and establish a universal gym.
As of now, the participating companies are:
El Dorado, Kaientai Dojo, NOAH, Zero One MAX, DDT, Kensuke Office, IWA Japan, Big Mouth Loud, ROH, EWA, World-1, WLW, and Takayama-do, with negotiations ongoing for further expansion.

More details will come next month in an interview. Definitely some news to watch though.

If this is what I think it is, wrestling might end up benefitting wonderfully from this.

It would be a great step forward, that is for sure. It would give those companies an advantage over some of the others
