Title: Trish Stratus

From what I've read, the rumors are true. Stratus will be written out of WWE during a match at Unforgiven against an unnamed opponent as of now. She'll be getting married just a week later and is expected to take a very long hiatus and might retire permanently (at least as permanently as anyone ever retires in wrestling). The original plan was to end her at Summerslam, but they've pushed that back a PPV. She'll be working without a contract for a few weeks.

I heard that her Unforgiven match is going to be a rather dramatic and climatic one. Since the entire crowd will likely realize it's her last match, hopefully they'll treat her well.

Although I'm not gonna sit here and lie about it.......Trish isn't the greatest worker, but she's one of the best women they've ever had. They really do owe her alot because as much as I hate the women's division, it would be nonexistant if it wasn't for her carrying it for ages.

Good for her though, as I always like to see people get out of the business when its suitable. Not when it's 10 years past their expiration date. I wouldn't be surprised to see her still doing Divas magazine and video stuff though.

Trish is a good wrestler, but she lacks pyschology. But then again, that's what most wrestlers lack nowadays, but it's exceptionally less with the WWE women wrestlers. HTeo nly exception I'd give for psychology and knows what to work a match is Victoria; and right now, she's playing the female version of Val Venis.

Trish has put over Mickie in recent months, so I only wonder who this big unnamed wrestler is going to be. I would expect the WWE would want this wrestler to be the next big name for the women's division with she's going over Trish on her way out. I would suggest Beth Phoenix, but is she still out on injury? And I'm not too certain who they could call-up that would be amazing to watch. My only other bet is that it could be Melissa Coates, but I doubt that too. Unless they bring in someone talented like one of the joshis or Precious Lucy, I have no idea who this unnamed wrestler could be. My only other guess would be Nattie Neidhart, and a few indy girls, but that's about it.

Her "psychology" was perfectly fine in her match with Mickie James at 'Mania. Great selling of the leg from where I was sitting.

DK summed it up pretty well though. She will be missed.

True. She seems to work better on PPVs, which is a good thing.
