I own all but 5 of the issues you posted.

I own the majority of them in one form of another, some as reprints and TPBs.

I own the first one :P
I did a pretty good satire piece of it for an art project in 1995. I used the same style, but made "X-men" into "NATO". Each X-man was re-done with a uniform of a NATO country. Iceman's snowballs became grenades and Angel's stupid pole became a bazooka. All the blurbs were re-done to pump up NATO's bombing of Serbia. Magneto was re-made into "Captain Serbia", with threadbare clothes and bruises.

I don't have 1, 2, 28, 101 and 103.

The Astonishing image, of Colossus holding Kitty, remains my favourite piece of art work. Damn 40 years worth of John Byrne, Dave Cockrum, John Romita Jr, Joe Mad, Jim Lee - that image, by John Cassaday - speaks to me, and means something to me
Although there's something quite dirty about Uncanny 468, and you'll give me a moment
Uncanny 239 would be great if Havok didn't have such STUPID gear back then. And who is sitting with him. Damn Inferno trade not being available here

Madelyne Pryor/The Goblin Queen is sitting with Havok.
I liked Havok's old costume. Very sci-fi and distinctive. They had some explanation that the metal bands over his head helped him channel his energy blasts, or something. It's pretty much the same as Bullseye's costume.

Yes, it really is a beautiful cover. I really love the way John Cassaday draws Kitty (as well as the rest of the characters, but Kitty in particular).
On a side note, what's Joe Madeuira (sp?) up to these days? I absolutely loved his run on Uncanny X-Men back in the day.
