
Welcome to the final edition of the Event Center before Redemption. Redemption is this Friday night, live from Kemper Arena. Tickets are still available, and the show should be available on DVD as soon as next week! Quickly, lets take a look at the quick results from Cyclone this week before we hit our final Redemption rundown:

In quick news before we run down Redemption, Nova apparently had to get stitches to close a puncture wound following his attack at the hands of New Jack. Nova brought New Jack in for a shot at the Tag Titles, but once they were unsuccessful, New Jack turned violently on Nova, and stabbed him in the forehead with a fork. As gruesome as it sound, Nova should be okay. I guess we here as CSW will welcome New Jack to the ranks, and will be watching our backs.
On to Redemption. An already stacked card just got bigger. We have two huge matches two announce two kick things off. First:

Just signed. Brent Albright and a partner of his choosing versus Mike Sanders and his partner of choice.
History:At Blaze of Glory, Sanders pinned Albright in an 8 man elimination match. From there, Sanders got a shot at Albright on the Cyclone Spotlight match, but was unsuccessful. Sanders has been calling in friends, trying to interfere, doing anything and everything to take the spotlight from Albright.

This huge matchup just signed. Apparently, CSW is fed up with Steve Corino fleeing the scene of his crimes. They have decreed that if Corino runs away in this matchup, he will be fired from CSW.
History: These two began as random partners in Battlebowl. All was well, with Corino setting the stage for the two of them to destroy the competition in the Battle Royal, until Corino "accidentally" dumped Lesnar, turning on him. Lesnar has attempted to get his hands on Corino since, but Corino always runs away and avoids confrontation.
And on to the rest of the card:
History: This 4 team Elimination match was signed when the Tag Team Titles became a hot commodity over the last few weeks. The Natural Born Thrillers became champions, defeating the Mexicools 4 weeks ago, and retaining some bad blood with the Mexicools for the fashion in which they did it. The Thrillers than narrowly avoided losing the title to Aries & Strong due to interference from the New Age Outlaws. The Outlaws & Aries & Strong have not seen eye to eye since the Outlaws lost at Blaze of Glory to the Natural Born Thrillers. All these teams have been mixed up over the last few weeks, and on Friday, all 4 teams meet up in the ring, and it is elimination rules!
History: Where to begin. These two fought to a draw in the CSW Championship Tournament back in May, and then were unable to settle their differences at Blaze of Glory, with Joe picking up a hard fought win. Their feud even went across seas to NWA: Japan when Joe took Tanaka's open contract and went to Japan to wrestle in his place. Tanaka showed up, costing Joe the match. Tanaka has made it obvious that he wants Joe's respect and handshake, and nothing more. Joe however, is out for blood.
History: They met on the inaugural episode of Cyclone Saturday Night with X-pac picking up the victory after rolling through a Shelley cross-body attempt from the top rope. From then, they've been at each other's throats every week. They met in the ring at Blaze of Glory, with Shelley pinning X-pac after using the middle rope for leverage. Recently, X-pac has become increasingly frustrated with Shelley, who is now starting to get some of the crowd on HIS side in the battle.
History: This is the finals of Battlebowl, to determine the first ever CSW Kansas City Border Champion. Petey recently aligned himself with Trish Stratus, after doublecrossing his former Team Canada associates. Charlie Haas has been on a roll since his return from injury at the hands of Triple H. Haas re-debuted and was victories in his Battlebowl Tag Team match, then defeated Triple H, and just won his Battle Royal to advance to this matchup. Who will be the first KC Border Champ?
History: And the CSW Championship Match. Jeff Jarrett defeated Triple H in the finals of the Owen Hart Memorial Tournament to become the first CSW Champion. Since then, Triple H has made it his personal goal to see that gold removed from the waste of Double J. Triple H and Jarrett have been toying with each other for weeks, but finally met face to face this past week on Cyclone. Triple H got the pin on Jarrett in the middle of the ring after blasting him with brass knuckles. Will The Game stop at nothing to reclaim his prize?

Pre-Show
A video recap plays highlighting the top feuds in CSW and the big matches scheduled tonight. Tanaka v Joe, The Battlebowl Finals, Shelley v X-pac, Corino v Lesnar, and finally Triple H v Jarrett are all showcased. We hear from Joey Styles and Tazz who give their thoughts on tonight’s action before kicking it backstage.
We see the CSW Tag Team Champions, Natural Born Thrillers, putting the boots to two men in the corner of the backstage area. It appears to be Super Crazy & Psicosis, the Mexicools. O’Haire backs up, looking to hit the Shining Wizard on Psicosis, but before he can Austin Aries & Roderick Strong run into the picture and wail on the Tag Team Champs, sending them backing away. As they back up, Aries says “Why don’t we try tonight with a level playing field for a change.” Aries & Strong help up the Mexicools, who show their appreciation.

Opening Contest: Steve Corino v Brock Lesnar
The announcers put over the stipulation that if Corino runs away, he will be fired from CSW. Corino is out first, and grabs a microphone.
Corino: Okay. Since I was so rudely interrupted on Cyclone, and never even got a chance to say this. Brock, I did not mean to eliminate you in the Battle Royal. So I really wish you’d just calm the hell down. I know CSW thinks they’re getting a match here, and they think they have me by the balls with this stipulation. Well Brock Lesnar, I know you. Hell, you’re my former tag team partner. So come out here, and I’ll just lay down, let you pin me, and we’ll go out and have a few diet cokes and call it a night.
Lesnar comes out to a huge ovation and stands in the ring across from Corino. Lesnar looks like he is ready for a fight. Corino calmly lays down in the middle of the ring, and motions for Lesnar to come over and pin him. The ref rings the bell, and Lesnar looks out to the crowd, who boos in disagreement with Corino’s request. Lesnar walks up and stands right over Corino. He leaps in the air and comes crashing down with a knee right over Corino’s face. The fight it on. Lesnar tosses Corino around the ring like a rag doll. Corino finally gets an advantage after a rake to the eyes, and throws Lesnar to the outside. Corino slingshots himself over the top onto Lesnar, but Lesnar catches him over his shoulder. He plants him on the outside with a hard spinebuster, knocking the wind out of Corino. Lesnar than cinches Corino up for a slingshot. He launches him straight into the guardrail, which Corino contacts with his head. The crowd explodes as Lesnar grabs Corino by his head, which is dripping with blood. Lesnar rolls Corino back into the ring, where a puddle begins to form on the mat. We’re talking damn near 1.0 Muta here. Lesnar fires Corino into the turnbuckle, and charges, but Corino gets the foot up on pure instinct. Corino grabs Lesnar’s head and DDTs him, for a near fall. Corino heads up to the top rope, but looks to be a little off-kilter. Corino gets a little loose in the legs, and then falls, crotching himself, as the crowd laughs. Lesnar gets up and sees Corino crotched on the top. Lesnar climbs to the top and picks Corino up, nailing a huge superplex from the top rope. Lesnar covers for another near fall. Corino’s wearing a full crimson mask at this point as the referee checks on him. Lesnar picks Corino up and gets him up on his shoulders, looking for the F5. Corino shoves his fingers right into Lesnar’s eyes, breaking it, and dropping behind him where he rolls him up. 1.....2.......no! The Finish: Corino bounces off the ropes and tries a cross body, but Lesnar catches him. Lesnar takes him to the corner and hangs him in the tree of woe, kicking at his stomach. Corino continues to gush from the forehead. The referee is really checking him now. Lesnar goes to the opposite corner and gets a head full of steam, nailing a shoulder block to Corino’s midsection. Corino is still stuck in the tree of woe, with a pool of blood no holding his red hair on the mat. The referee looks concerned as Lesnar backs into the corner again. The ref calls for the bell, and pulls Corino out of the tree of woe.
Brock Lesnar defeats Steve Corino by referee stoppage in 14:32. (94/90/99)
Post-Match: Lesnar & the crowd are not happy with that decision, but the referee stands by it. Corino has rolled out of the ring to the floor, where two officials pick him up and help him to the back. One puts a towel over his forehead. Lesnar is arguing with a ref in the ring, and the crowd is getting amped up. Lesnar grabs the ref and tosses him on his shoulder. F5!!!! The crowd explodes as Lesnar hits the F5 on the official.
Styles: What a shame that Lesnar turned Corino into a human faucet. That match was great. I don’t think we’re done with these two yet, and I’m glad, cause I can’t wait to see them in the ring together again.
Mystery Tag Partner Match: Brent Albright & ??? v Mike Sanders & ???
Albright comes to the ring first, and looks to the entranceway, where Ken Shamrock makes his way out to the ring. The crowd likes that, and Albright & Shamrock slaps hands in the middle of the ring. Mike Sanders heads out next, with a microphone in hand.
Sanders: Oh how predictable. Gee, I couldn’t imagine that the old man that’s been watching your back for the last few weeks would be your partner. Oh wait, maybe I could imagine that. Which is why I got one of the only men I know Ken Shamrock has never beaten, and one of the men Ken Shamrock hates more than anyone in this world. Say hi to your old buddy, Tank Abbott! Abbott walks out, looking like he always does, a drunk fighter looking to kill somebody. Abbott and Sanders head to the ring, where Sanders and Albright start out first. A good back and forth match with nice wrestling by Sanders & Albright, and then some shooting and fighting when Abbott & Shamrock get into the ring. Sanders scores a nearfall on Albright following a small package. Shamrock tags in and takes Albright to school, nailing a belly to belly and cinching in a cross-armbreaker. Abbott is there to break it up with a hard kick to Shamrock’s head. The Finish: Albright & Shamrock nail a double-single arm DDT on Sanders, leaving him writhing in pain. Shamrock then drags Sanders to the middle of the ring and grabs his arm, but Tank Abbott is on the apron shouting at Shamrock. Shamrock walks over and they get right into each other’s faces. The referee is trying to separate them, as it looks like a serious fight is about to break up. Sanders crawls over, and from behind hits Shamrock with a lowblow. Abbott takes this opportunity to nail Shamrock with a hard left hand. Sanders is up now, and nails the Lungblower on Shamrock. 1.......2.......3!!! Albright dives into the ring, but is just too late as Sanders pins Shamrock.
Sanders & Abbott defeat Albright & Shamrock by pinfall in 10:02. (64/53/76)
Post-Match: Albright helps Shamrock up, but Shamrock doesn’t look happy. Sanders retreats down the entranceway, looking at the losers in the ring and raising his arm. Abbott walks out, knowing his work here is done. Shamrock is fuming, and Albright looks to be calming him down in the ring. They exchange words briefly, and head to the back.
Tazz: So Mike Sanders scores the pinfall over Albright’s team for the second supershow in a row. This kid can’t get the win on Cyclone, but keeps winning on the big stage. And what a great move, pulling Abbott out here to not only distract Shamrock, but cold cock him as well.
Best 2 out of 3 Falls Match: X-pac v Alex Shelley
Shelley and X-pac go face to face in the center of the ring. X-pac raises his arms up to a mediocre crowd reaction. Half seem to boo him, and half cheer him. Shelley taunts to the crowd, and gets a similar reaction, although alot of screams can be heard as well. They go right to it with back and forth action. Shelley attempts to ground X-pac and make it into a wrestling match, while X-pac turns it into a brawl. He dumps Shelley to the outside, and nails a slingshot plancha over the top onto the Shelley. X-pac whips him, but Shelley reverses, sending him crashing into the barricade. Shelley raises his arms in an “A” above his head, and then locks his legs around X-pac’s head, giving him the move affectionately known as the “skullf**k”. He turns X-pac over, and rams him face first into the mat on the outside 5 times as the crowd cheers it on. Back in the ring, Shelley climbs to the top rope, and tries a cross body, but X-pac rolls through. 1.....2.....NO! Almost had him. Shelley gets to his feet, and X-pac nails the X-factor out of nowhere. 1.......2......NO! Shelley kicked out of the X-factor. We’re 12 minutes in, and still no pinfalls in this 2 out of 3 falls match. X-pac looks perturbed that Shelley kicks out. X-pac nails the bronco buster in the corner, and then drags Shelley to the middle of the ring. X-pac goes up top and nails a guillotine legdrop. 1.......2....NO! Shelley kicks out AGAIN! The crowd is really cheering Shelley on now, as X-pac can’t seem to do anything against him. X-pac climbs to the middle turnbuckle and brings Shelley with him. He sets up for a tornado DDT, but Shelley counters, nailing a Northern Lights Suplex. 1....2...NO! X-pac kicks out now. 16 minutes gone, and still no falls. Shelley grabs X-pac for the Shellshock, but X-pac elbows out of it. X-pac plants him with a kick to the stomach, and nails a huge powerbomb. 1.....2...NO! Shelley kicked out again. Unbelievable. X-pac can’t believe it. He rolls to the outside. He looks out to the crowd, and they respond with another mixed reaction. 3 guys in the front row are really giving it to X-pac. X-pac grabs the ring bell and rolls into the ring. The referee is telling him that he’ll disqualify him. X-pac shrugs, and LEVELS Shelley with the ringbell. He grabs Shelley and plants him with the X-factor right on the ringbell!!
First Fall: Alex Shelley wins by disqualification at 19:45 Shelley 1 – X-pac 0
X-pac rolls Shelley over and covers him. The ref has no choice but to count. 1......2.....3!
Second Fall: X-pac wins by pinfall at 19:55. Shelley 1 – X-pac 1
X-pac kicks the ring bell out of the ring, and then kicks at the lifeless body of Alex Shelley. He is still unconscious. X-pac lays on top of them and yells at the ref to do his job. The ref counts. 1....2....3!! X-pac wins!
X-pac defeats Alex Shelley 2 falls to 1 in 20:10. (72/64/80)
Post-Match: X-pac rolls out of the ring and raises his arms in the air, the crowd now booing in unison. X-pac flips off the crowd and walks out of the arena, apparently happy with himself. Alex Shelley slowly gets to his feet, with a gash over his right eye. He looks groggy, but helps himself up using the ropes. The crowd applauds for Shelley, who looks like he doesn’t even know where he is.
Styles: What a display. One on side, the heart of Alex Shelley. He took everything X-pac could dish out, and just kept kicking out. And then there is X-pac. He couldn’t get the job done, so he resorts to the tactics that made him one of the most hated men in wrestling for most of his career. KOing Alex Shelley with a ringbell, and then pinning him twice in 20 seconds? What a display of sportsmanship here by X-pac.
Samoa Joe v Masato Tanaka – Chairs are Legal
Joe & Tanaka waste no time, starting in opposite corners and walking straight towards each other before walloping each other with rights and lefts to open the match. Tanaka seems to be the aggressor, taking over with elbows to the face that spill Joe to the outside of the ring. Tanaka grabs a chair and slams it into the back of Joe, before throwing it in the ring. Tanaka rolls in the ring and picks up the chair, begging for Joe to come in. Joe grabs his own chair and rolls into the ring. Tanaka reaches down and bangs his chair on the mat, but Joe quickly fires his chair right into the skull of Tanaka, ala Sabu. Joe covers for a quick 2 count. They continue brutalizing each other as Joe throws Tanaka to the outside. Joe sets Tanaka up in the corner for the Ole kick. He charges with a full head of steam, but Tanaka moves, and Joe lodges his foot into the guardrail. Joe is stuck! Tanaka folds up the chair that he was just sitting on, and begins smacking Joe across the back, arms, and legs with it. The crowd counts along as Joe is still stuck in the railing. 1...2..3....4....5,6,7,8,9.......10! The crowd is going crazy as Tanaka yanks Joe’s foot out of the guardrail and rolls him in the ring. Tanaka throws 2 chairs over the ropes and into the ring. He sets them up near the corner, laying flat on top of one another. Tanaka pulls Joe into the corner, and is looking for a Tornado DDT onto those chairs. Tanaka launches off, but Joe spins him all the way around and sets him on the top rope. He nails a stiff punch to Tanaka, and then cinches him up in the Musclebuster. Musclebuster on the chairs!!! Joe covers. 1...2....NO! Tanaka got his leg on the rope. Joe can’t believe it. Joe drags Tanaka into the middle of the ring and has him in a seated position. He smacks Tanaka in the back with a chair, then kicks him on the chest. He lays the chair on him, and bounces off the ropes, hitting a Senton. He covers, another near fall. Where is Joe going now? He rolls to the outside and looks under the ring. He comes up with 2 solid wood chairs. He slides them into the ring, and picks one up, stalking Tanaka. Tanaka is one step ahead of him though. He kicks him in the stomach, and then crashes down with a steel chair shot on the head. Roaring Elbow by Tanaka! He pins..1...2...NO! Joe kicks out. The Finish: Tanaka backs into the corner, getting a running start at Joe, still with the steel chair in hand. He rushes Joe, but Joe ducks, and locks on the Kokina Clutch!!! Tanaka quickly swings his chair up and strikes Joe right in the face. Tanaka runs off the ropes, but Joe catches him with a snap powerslam. 1...2...NO! Joe grabs the steel chair, and nails Tanaka over the head. Tanaka doesn’t go down. Joe crashes it down on his head again, but Tanaka looks like he is enjoying it. Joe mouths “motherf***er”, and takes a huge swing, flooring Tanaka this time. Joe covers, but Tanaka again gets his foot on the ropes. Joe looks pissed, and is going to end it. He takes the two wooden chairs he threw in earlier, and opens them up and sets them up, facing each other, in the center of the ring. Joe puts Tanaka on the top rope. MUSCLEBUSTER through the wooden chairs!!! Slivers of wood fly everywhere. Joe covers. 1......2......3!!!
Samoa Joe defeats Masato Tanaka by pinfall in 20:19. (90/85/95)
Post-Match: Both men lay on the mat, physically exhausted. Joe got to his feet and was picking huge wood chunks out of his arm, when he turned to see Tanaka rising to his feet, doing the same. Joe turned and kicked the pieces of wood out of the way that remained intact in the ring. He offered his hand to Masato Tanaka. Tanaka took it, and the crowd exploded.
Tazz: What a brutal match! Masato Tanaka finally earned Joe’s respect by taking the beating of his life. We need a ring crew out here to get this ring cleaned up, but my god, what a matchup.
Video Segment: The CSW Championship
A video aired hyping up the CSW Championship match tonight. It showed Triple H’s power-hungry run towards the title, as he injured Charlie Haas, and made an attempt to injure both Billy Gunn & Road Dogg as well. It then showed Jarrett overcoming the odds and winning the title against Triple H at Blaze of Glory. Their verbal and physical encounters over the last few weeks were shown as well, ending with a staredown between the two.

CSW Tag Team Title Elimination Match:
Natural Born Thrillers © v Mexicools v New Age Outlaws v Austin Aries & Roderick Strong
The matchup started with O’Haire & Aries. Aries seemed to have the crowd on his side now a bit after his encounter earlier in the evening with the Thrillers. Fast paced matchup here, with alot of switching in and out of the ring. Eventually, Roderick Strong & Road Dogg ended up in the ring. Road Dogg went for his series of punches on Strong, but Strong ducked the last one and ran off the ropes. Road Dogg ducked, but Strong leapt over him into a sunset flip, for the 3 count!!
Eliminated: New Age Outlaws in 5:34. (Strong pinned Road Dogg)
The Outlaws refused to leave the ringside area as Mark Jindrak jumped in the ring. He stood behind the distracted Roderick Strong, and hit him with a German Suplex and a bridge. 1.....2....NO! Strong barely got the shoulder up. Billy Gunn now jumped up on the apron. Strong runs at him, knocking him off the apron and sending him crashing into Road Dogg. As Strong turns around, he gets a kick to the stomach by Jindrak. Jindrak takes him up into the Widow’s Peak neckbreaker. That’s all. 1...2...3!
Eliminated: Aries & Strong in 7:14. (Jindrak pinned Strong)
Austin Aries darts into the ring and does a suicide dive through the ropes right into the New Age Outlaws. Strong joins the fight, and the two teams battle into the backstage area. Super Crazy & Jindrak now go at it. The Mexicools are pretty fresh, and take over the match. Crazy hits 3 straight moonsaults for a nearfall, only because O’Haire broke it up at the last minute. Psicosis hits a guillotine legdrop for another nearfall. The Finish: Crazy & Jindrak fight through the ropes to the floor, leaving O’Haire & Psicosis alone. Psicosis whips O’Haire to the buckle, and nails a standing dropkick to the face. He lifts O’Haire up to the top rope, and climbs up with him. Meanwhile, Jindrak fires Crazy into the ringside barricade. Jindrak slides into the ring. Psicosis is looking for a top rope huracanrana. He jumps up, but O’Haire stops him with his power, leaving him dangling in a precarious position on the top rope. Jindrak comes over and pushes Psicosis back up, into a powerbomb position. O’Haire leaps off. Top Rope Powerbomb! 1...2...3!! The Thrillers retain.
Natural Born Thrillers defeat Mexicools to retain the CSW Tag Team Titles in 11:02 (78/70786)
Post-Match: The Thrillers leave victorious with their title belts still in their hands. They jaw with some fans at ringside as they make their way into the back.
Styles: The Thrillers just keep doing whatever it takes to hold on to those belts. Another impressive showing here, and who will be the team to derail them and take the gold from around their waists?
Battlebowl Finals: Kansas City Border Championship Match
Petey Williams w/Trish Stratus v Charlie Haas
Petey & Trish make their entrance first, looking at confident as ever. Charlie Haas comes out next to a pretty good reaction from the crowd. The two young grapplers go right at it. Petey Williams hits a side Russian legsweep early on for a 1 count. Charlie Haas gets a fishermen’s suplex, also for a 1 count. Haas grabs Petey for the Exploder, but Petey slides away and takes a break on the outside, with Trish Stratus holding him over so tightly. But Haas gives chase. As he comes up behind the couple, Petey quickly darts into the ring, leaving Haas & Trish on the outside. Trish flirtatiously touches the chest of Charlie Haas, and Haas looks like he wants to stay focused, but can’t. He quickly refocuses as he is caught in the side of the head by a Petey Williams baseball slide dropkick. Petey then launches himself over the ropes and down onto Haas. He throws him back in the ring, and gets only a 2 count. Petey grabs Haas for a piledriver, but Haas reverses, crashing Petey to the mat. Haas heads up to the top rope. As Petey turns around, Haas nails him with a missile dropkick. Only a 2 count. The Finish: They continue battling it out, looking for that one break, when Petey whips Haas off the ropes. Petey drops his head, but Haas kicks him hard, and then bounces off the ropes again. Trish grabs his leg, keeping him from going any farther. He reaches out and grabs her by the head, but Petey quickly rolls up him up. 1...2...NO! Haas gets the shoulder up. Petey whips Haas into the turnbuckle, but Haas leaps right up onto the top rope. Petey chops his legs out from under him though, crotching him. Petey climbs up behind him, and stands him up. Petey hooks his arm around the neck of Charlie Haas, with both men standing on the top rope. Petey snaps backwards, nailing a Russian legsweep off the top. Petey floats over right on top of Haas. 1....2...3!

Post-Match: Petey celebrates in the ring as Trish immediately grabs the gold. She straps it on her man, and stands behind him, rubbing the belt. Trish grabs a microphone:
Trish: Ladies & Gentlemen, may I present to you, the first ever Kansas City Border Champion...Petey Williams!!! Now lets go celebrate baby. I have something special for you tonight...
Petey: Oh, I’m sure you do. But right quick, I need to serve notice. I proved I was the best Canadian in CSW. I demolished the best that NWA: Japan had to offer. And now I just took Charlie Haas’ red, white, and blue ass and beat him into oblivion to win this title. I’m running out of countries to embarrass, so next? Petey Williams takes on the WORLD!!!
Petey is suddenly cut off by some unfamiliar Japanese music. He and Trish look confused, and turn towards the entrance. It is KENTA. NWA: Japan star KENTA is here in Kansas City? And why? The crowd is going crazy for him, just because he shut up Petey Williams. KENTA grabs the mic.
KENTA: Mr. Williams, you think you beat the best that NWA Japan has to offer? You faced one man, and beat one man. I won’t even sit here and tell you I am the best in Japan. You said it is Petey Williams v The World? Well I welcome that challenge, because I am KENTA, and I AM the best in the WORLD!
Petey, offended by the presence of this man, rushes him with a clothesline, but KENTA ducks and runs off of the ropes. He comes back and destroys Petey with the Busaiku Knee Kick right to the face. The KC Border Title flies off of Petey as he hits the mat with a thud. Trish Stratus tries to pull her man out of the ring, but Petey is out cold. KENTA makes his exit as the Kansas City crowd goes wild for him.
Styles: What is KENTA doing here? He isn’t even listed on any part of our show schedule here. One thing is for sure, Petey Williams won’t be very happy that KENTA, from NWA: Japan, just tarnished his KC Border Title Celebration.
CSW Championship Match: Jeff Jarrett © v Triple H
Jarrett and Triple H stand in the ring as the referee raises the CSW Title over his head. He gives instructions to each man to keep it clean. Jarrett & Triple H surprisingly circle each other. Many were expecting a tough hard brawl here between the two of them. Jarrett grabs a headlock and takes Triple H down to the mat, wrenching on the head. They continue this wrestling sequence for the first 5 minutes, before Triple H shoves Jarrett. Jarrett spears him and takes him down, the brawl finally breaking out. Jarrett takes Triple H to the outside and rams him into the ring apron, and into the barricade, with the crowd cheering on his every move. Jarrett rolls him into the ring and hits a delayed vertical suplex for a 2 count. Jarrett goes to the middle rope, a bit unconvential for him, but takes too much time. Triple H rushes him and pushes him over the top and to the floor. Jarrett hits hard and immediately grabs his left knee. Triple H, like a shark smelling blood, sees Jarrett and immediately heads to the outside. Triple H attacks the knee of Jarrett, and sets it up on the guardrail, where he kicks away at it. Triple H rolls Jarrett into the ring and really goes to school, crashing down on the knee while he lays it over the bottom rope. Triple H drags Jarrett to the middle of the ring and uses a spinning toehold to increase the pressure on Jarrett’s knee. Triple H spins all the way around, looking for a Figure 4 now, but Jarrett grabs him into a small package. 1...2..NO! Triple h kicks out, and is furious he about let himself slip up. He really goes on the attack now. He drags Jarrett to the corner. Don’t tell me he is gonna put that figure four on around the ringspot. Triple H slides under the rope and grabs Jarrett’s legs, but Jarrett quickly yanks his legs back, and puts Triple H into the ringpost, face first. Jarrett climbs to his feet, and tries to get his knee to cooperate, testing it out a bit in the ring while Triple H is on the outside. Triple H gets back in the ring, holding his face, and not looking happy. Jarrett taunts him to come get some. Triple H rushes at him, and Jarrett hits an armdrag. Triple H is up, and Jarrett hits another. Jarrett whips Triple H off the ropes and hits a backbodydrop. Jarrett takes Triple H to the corner, and puts him on the top rope. Jarrett is looking for a superplex. He climbs up, tentatively on his bad knee, and cinches up Triple H. Jarrett uses all his energy to take Triple H over and to the mat. Jarrett kind of comes off sideways, losing the grip on his knee. Jarrett crawls over...1...2..kickout by Triple H. Jarrett whips Triple H off the ropes, but Triple H dodges him, and on the way back, they collide heads and are both down. The referee gets to an 8 count before both men are up. They exchanging punches, and Triple H whips Jarrett to the corner, but the referee gets caught in between them, and is down. The Finish: Triple H takes this moment to nail a low blow on Jarrett, followed by a kick right to the kneecap which has Jarrett yelling. Triple H drags Jarrett to the turnbuckle now, and wraps his knee around the post a few times. He is gonna do it. He grabs Jarrett’s legs for the figure 4 on the post. There is a sudden commotion as the crowd looks towards the entranceway. It’s the New Age Outlaws. They run down and head towards the corner where Triple H was about to administer the Figure 4. Triple H drops Jarrett’s legs and backs away. It was Jarrett that saved the Outlaws from a similar fate more than a month ago at the hands of Triple H. Jarrett starts to squirm from the post, when the Outlaws both turn and each grab one of his legs. They yank him hard into the post, crotching him! What the hell. Triple H smiles and grabs Jarrett’s legs, putting on the Figure 4 around the post. Billy Gunn & Road Dogg each pull on one of Triple H’s arm, making the main unbearable for Jarrett, who is tapping to the illegal hold. Triple H lets go, rolls into the ring, and drags Jarrett to the middle of the ring. He kicks the ref, who wakes up, and slaps on the Figure 4 in the center of the ring. Jarrett taps immediately!
Triple H defeats Jeff Jarrett by submission in 18:54 to become the NEW CSW Champion. (88/89/88)
Post-Match: The Outlaws get into the ring, and roll Jeff Jarrett out onto the floor. The show ends with Triple H holding his new title high above his head with the Outlaws flanking him in the ring.
