One of my all-time favorite players, and he has a great chance of making the Hall of Fame someday. A classy guy who overcame a lot of problems and was the face of the Jaguars for the last 11 years. Best of luck, Jimmy.

The shame about a guy like Jimmy Smith, is that he was a totally consistent, GREAT reciever that I think could easily get overlooked for the Hall of Fame. I mean, look at the same class that will be around him.

Rice in front of him. Tim Brown next. They're both first balloters. The next year, a WR could be forgotten. I mean, Art Monk still hasn't got in, which pisses me off to no end.

I think Jimmy Smith was a hell of a player, I just hope he gets his just due.
