Nothing special to me either. I'm a bit underwhelmed by the whole thing. Especially the "Sting and Jarrett" game. I hate to say this, but I'm starting to hate both of them, not just Jarrett. I know Sting is important and all. But he's not the champ.

Yeah, considering that Sting is pulling a Hogan from 1995 WCW and bringing in all his buddies.......I'm starting to hate him too.

Holy crap. They're really shooting Joe up to the top then, just like that. And it sounds like a face turn I suppose. Glad to see they were using Steiner, Luger, and Bagwell basically as just one time cameos. Thats the way it should be.

Sting & Joe v Steiner & Jarrett. Definitely interesting. I could definitely see Joe turning, still having nothing to do with Jarrett, but just to make a name for himself on Sting, who said about a million times that he would like to work with Joe.

Most of the shows sounds really fun, and lots of World X Cup teasing, which is cool for me. Christian v Shelley and Joe v Lethal are both plusses, and I look forward to them.

I have to disagree. I wasn't thrilled to see those 3 on the shows but it worked out great in the end as they were just there to put Joe over.

I like Bagwell, but he has no place in TNA.

That's not what I call putting over Joe. They've BEEN putting over Joe, he doesn't need to be in there with second rate talent to get put over.

In the eyes of non-net fans it probably does though. At least they aren't sticking around or anything.

Honestly, I don't even think NON net fans think highly of Luger and Bagwell though. Bagwell was a never was and Luger is the worst kind of hasbeen there is in the business.

I think it is nice for Joe, being picked over some names.

Honestly, there are some people who think Bagwell never got a proper shot. Yeah, he had that stint after he broke his neck, but WWE barely gave him a chance. I know why, but there are some people who really wouldn't mind seeing Buff Daddy getting another chance.

Impact doesn't look too good, but spoilers aren't always clear to the naked eye.... I'd be a lot meaner than this, but I'm afraid I'll piss someone off with my random anti-TNA attitude.

I actually have no problem with anti anything. As long as you actively watch it. Like if you bashed Lockdown, i'd call you a douche because I know you didn't see it.

I didn't watch Lockdown, but before the show, I expressed my feelings about booking 7-8 matches in a cage for 1 show. :P

And I didn't mean you, I meant pretty much everyone as a whole. It seems like every TNA arguments comes down to this. Me vs. Everyone.

Well you ARE about the only person here that is totally a WWE fan and nothing else. Plenty of others here either watch Indy or Puro............or at least watch WWE/TNA.

I watch TNA, I just express my true feelings. Just because it's not WWE doesn't mean I should pull my punches when they do stupid shit I don't like, like filling Impact with squash matches* or stupid main event comedy segments like this crap with the Steiners, Luger, and Buff.

*-They've gotten better with this, I admit, but then it's canceled out when Ron Killings jobs to A-fuckin-1.

Well, I have no problem with the squash matches. At least it keeps EVERYTHING on PPV fresh. Not that I prefer it that way, but still. I also will tell ANYONE when something is bad. I'm no companies fanboy....

Squash matches on Impact do make the PPV's feel more important...

But, at this point in the game for TNA, they need to focus on trying to gain viewers. And with how boring Impact is 90% of the time... it's not a surprise that they see no appreciable improvement in the ratings.

If the only TNA wrestling I could watch for free was Impact, I'd be completely disinterested in TNA.

Honestly I don't find Impact boring at all. I'm not in favor of putting angle's and buildup over match quality, but what can you do.

WWE is also proof that good matches don't mean ratings. They get higher ratings for shit like Edge's live RAW porn, or The Rock.....this is your life segments.

I found last week's Impact dreadfully boring. It's a shame too, cause it's the first time I've watched in a while.

I'm curious. Would you be more interested if they did more tag and six man matches instead of squash matches?

6/8-Man Tags are far better than squashes, but last week all of them were rushed to hell or sloppy as fuck (see the Jobbers in the Rough one). Don't load an entire show with them, but don't load up so many squashes either. A few 8-minute matches isn't too much to ask for. That leaves a litle less than half the show for angle developing without matches.
