It replays at 10 tonight so watch it Scrooge.

Scrooge McSuck - April 23, 2006 12:34 AM (GMT)
Hey, no need to make ME the center of ATTENTION!!!

And I was planning to watch... okay, honestly, I forgot again. Now I can watch it and then make fun of TNA for kicks. :D

Scrooge McSuck - April 23, 2006 03:21 AM (GMT)
One thing I can't help but complain about the Ultimate Fighter... the show's timing. When you only have 7 minutes left in the episode, and the fight is just starting, it's a dead give-away that the fight isn't going to last long.

No matter what the outcomes, they should start the fights with 20 minutes left in the episode, so in case it does end quick, they can pad out the last 5-10 minutes, while giving the illusion that all the fights will come down to the last minute.

Mad Dog - April 23, 2006 03:23 AM (GMT)
Yeah, but people will turn it off if the fight ends too early. What was the final count on all the junk Ross ate the night before. Pizza, ice cream and garlic bread?

Scrooge McSuck - April 23, 2006 03:25 AM (GMT)
Something like that. I'm no health nutrionist, but it can't be good to eat so much of that stuff the night before doing athletic competitions with the caliber of shoot fighting.

Mad Dog - April 23, 2006 03:28 AM (GMT)
When you take into account that he was cutting weight too, yeah it wasn't doing him any favors the next day.

Scrooge McSuck - April 23, 2006 03:31 AM (GMT)
Correction: Cutting a lot of weight. From what I remember, the night before the weigh-in, he weighed 199 pounds. Losing 14 pounds in a ridiculously low amount of time, then pigging out on junk food and dairy products.... yeah, that was fucking stupid.

Mad Dog - April 23, 2006 05:56 AM (GMT)
Yeah, he was really gassed during the first takedown as well. I wonder if it was due to the junkfood.

I taped the replay last night and watched it when I got home. This is the first season of TUF that I've actually been paying attention to and I'm sorry I didn't try watching it earlier.

Ross was quite the comedic individual, eating all that pizza, garlic bread, and ice cream and such. That's my type of Saturday night feast, and I'm a human wasteland, so what the hell was he doing?

Mad Dog - April 23, 2006 05:31 PM (GMT)
Well he was 4-6 according to the show so I guess he's not that great.

Haha, yeah, I noticed that.

That's okay, my record would be 0-10. I love pizza, garlic bread, and ice cream way more than that guy did.

(looks at Rowe's picture)

Yeah, thats a fucking surprise... (hides left over pizza)
