This has been a week for sick bumps (Paul London's Sabu impression on Velocity, Benoit's chair shot from Triple H).

I think this one takes the cake though. I actually thought Lita was dead for a second there.

I didn't even see it at first... but I'm glad I taped that, because it ruled. Not in a "I hope she's hurt" way, but it just looked amazingly real.

It's very impressive how she kept going after that. A lot of people must be thinking twice about the bad things they've said about Lita.

Two points I wanted to make about this.

!) I can't believe she didn't break her neck on that spot.

2) Now people know why Lita belongs nowhere in a wrestling ring.

That should have broken her back and neck. Would it have been cooler if it did happen?

Probably not. While I can't stand Lita's in-ring work, I also don't like seeing people get seriously injured, especially the neck. Now if she broke her leg or something...

Yeah, I wouldn't have wnated to see her get seriously injured either, but I thought it was hilarious when Nash tore his quad and screamed like a girl.
