Title: The Drug Policy Is Real
Cage Classic - March 11, 2006 05:47 AM (GMT)
Anybody watch SmackDown? If you did, you'll notice how small Kurt Angle has gotten. He looks like he's shriviled up, and his singlet didn't even fit him anymore. It looks as if the rumors of Angle being on steroids are true, because he's lost a LOT of mass. His head, neck, upper body, arms, all smaller than they were weeks prior. It's scary how small he's gotten. Triple H is the same, but not as bad as Angle. I guess it proves the truth of the drug policy and that they're taking it VERY seriously.
Mad Dog - March 11, 2006 06:00 AM (GMT)
It could be from his neck injuries though. Look at what happened to Orndorff's arm due to not properly addressing an injury.
Scrooge McSuck - March 11, 2006 06:05 AM (GMT)
Angle's arms have been fucked up since 2003 and hasn't been that "big" since around 2002 when he was obviously juiced up.
Cage Classic - March 11, 2006 06:09 AM (GMT)
Yes, but within a 3 weeks span, he lost WAY too much muscle mass. I doubt it's neck problems, because Triple H is smaller too.
Mad Dog - March 11, 2006 06:26 AM (GMT)
HHH has detoxed several times but always seems to end up back on the roids. Remember his feud with Goldberg?
Scrooge McSuck - March 11, 2006 06:34 AM (GMT)
Don't remind me, that feud sucked. Trips looked to be a bit out of shape too. I think he was summoning the spirit of Ric Flair's body or something.
jamiegeist - March 11, 2006 07:11 AM (GMT)
I don't want to dispute what you're saying Cage, but your claim that Angle is smaller hardly makes the drug policy "real". First off, I notice no difference in Angle's size. Secondly, I've never used steroids, so I can't say for sure, but I wouldn't think quitting them cold turkey would automatically just shrink up your huge muscles. That seems quite silly actually.
Scrooge McSuck - March 11, 2006 07:20 AM (GMT)
Steroids sit around in your system for up to 5-6 months after taking them. It's highly doubtful Angle just stopped doing them and shrunk, like geist just said.
Cage Classic - March 11, 2006 08:17 AM (GMT)
Well, maybe you should take a closer look at what he and Triple H look like and how drastically their look has changed. Angle's singlet was so loose, it looked like Amy Duma's cunt.

Liar.....
nothing could be that loose and open for business.
dynamite kido - March 11, 2006 05:55 PM (GMT)
I don't think Angle's decreased in size really at all recently. But I did notice a change slightly before the Drug Policy starting and there being those rumors that Angle's health was decreasing. I just think that Angle has really slowed down his steroid usage of the last year or so.
whitemilesdavis - March 11, 2006 10:51 PM (GMT)
I don't doubt Angle roiding, but I would say his arms getting smaller has way more to do with neck injuries. If you've reasd the reports, he often can't feel his hands, so you know something's not right.
Cage Classic - March 12, 2006 12:59 AM (GMT)

Check a look at the photo. It's from last week's tour of Austrailia, and you can see the loss of mass.
Mad Dog - March 12, 2006 01:07 AM (GMT)
Angle's getting a serious case of old man body.
Scrooge McSuck - March 12, 2006 01:10 AM (GMT)
It's kind of hard to judge a picture when the person is stretching their body out like that. Again, you don't lose steroid mass in a week. It takes months to lose it.
Mad Dog - March 12, 2006 01:27 AM (GMT)
Well if he got off the roids a few weeks after Eddie's death we could be seeing the effects now. Or he could have some sort of disease that's starting to eat away at his mass.
Scrooge McSuck - March 12, 2006 01:33 AM (GMT)
He probably started getting off them a year ago, and gradually stopped doing them. He wasn't that big to begin with 3 months ago.
jamiegeist - March 12, 2006 05:22 AM (GMT)
And I need alot more than one action shot to make a judgement on him getting "smaller" or "old man". Cmon people.

But it's been reported several times that atrophy is settling into Angle's arms. That's the reason for the decreased size in them.............NOT the fact that he's not using steriods. You wouldn't see THAT much of a difference in Angle's size anyway. You want to see the difference between someone that was on roids and now isn't.................Snitsky.
Scrooge McSuck - March 12, 2006 11:18 PM (GMT)
Snitsky doesn't even make it to TV anymore (but the back acne was a good give-away for heavy steroid use), so let's say Masters.
jamiegeist - March 13, 2006 01:11 AM (GMT)
Masters is looking more and more chiseled every week. That dude looks good.
Scrooge McSuck - March 13, 2006 01:41 AM (GMT)
I can't tell much of a difference between him either, but he was my example. If you're looking for a guy who is no doubt on steroids, then look at Masters for any serious decrease in muscle, since he's on T.V. every week.
jamiegeist - March 13, 2006 04:17 AM (GMT)
Ah, I see what you're saying. Good call though. We'll have to keep him on steroid watch 2006.
I wouldn't be suprised to see Booker's bloated ass shrink up over the next 6 months.
whitemilesdavis - March 13, 2006 01:30 PM (GMT)
I honestly just think Booker is naturally huge. Look at his brother. I mean, it's not like he's ripped or all veined up or anyhting.
TheGreatWhiteChoate - March 13, 2006 09:18 PM (GMT)
On a related but separate note, I'm really starting to worry about Angle. If all these reports are true, the guy's going to be a complete cripple within five years, and I'd rather see him stop and preserve his health.
Scrooge McSuck - March 13, 2006 09:21 PM (GMT)
I've been saying this for years, but unless he retires soon, he'll be my generations Dynamite Kid (I say that because DK was past his prime and near retirement by the time I started watching). Left in a wheel chair because he didn't know when to stop.
whitemilesdavis - March 13, 2006 09:27 PM (GMT)
I don't think he'd be safe if he quit today. I think the damage is already done. In one sense I think it's retarded not to take care of himself. On the other hand, I greatly appreciate his devotion to the business.
dynamite kido - March 13, 2006 09:30 PM (GMT)
Honestly, it's all Angle's fault. He's a grown man and it's his life. I agree with you guys, but it's ultimately his decision and his decision only.
Mad Dog - March 14, 2006 12:25 AM (GMT)
I've been saying it for a few months now. Angle has to stop now or he'll be dead really soon. I'm surprised they actually risked him possibly dying while being one of their World Champions.

But Masters is relatively popular and the fans have taken a liking to him.
dynamite kido - March 14, 2006 06:18 AM (GMT)
Funny thing is, after tonight I also think that Masters is getting off of them too.........he's flabbing up a bit compared to himself about 6 months ago.
