They're not actual "people", just automated spam-bot programs. Yeah, they can even get by confirmation emails and all that. Any insults hurled their way will be completely ignored.
Although it's also a common techinque to hire a few "at home workers" (actual people) to hit message boards in an attempt to Google-bomb or drive traffic. So if it was an actual person, he/she also hit about 300 more message boards this week.
