Title: Hogan Arby's Commercial
eStragand - February 28, 2006 06:29 PM (GMT)
This caught me off guard. I was watching the local news last night and a commercial for Arby's comes on. It featured some scrawny guy dressed up like Hulk Hogan, with the real Hulkster providing the voice. Something about Hogan doesn't need to train, now that Arby's has new chicken sandwiches. Hogan doesn't appear, but it's definitely his voice. It ended with "I'm thinking Arby's, BROTHER!"

I only caught the very end of that ad, but it made me feel all hulked up again.

Don't tell me Arby's is cooking up chickens on steroids.

I saw it on Spike the other day. I thought it was pretty funny.

I saw it and was just suprised that since they're using his voice and likeness, that he didn't show up at the end and like, bash the little scrawny dude.

I swear to god though if they started a Hogan legdropping Ronald Mcdonald and The Burger King in their ad's I would only eat at Arby's.

You're preaching to the choir.

That would kickass. Except I would go broke. Does anyone else eat like, a normal combo at Arbys and it somehow costs like 7 or 8 bucks? Whats up with that?

There's actually no Arby's in my area, and hasn't been in years. It sucks.

Another thing I find rather weird about Arby's.................I've only been to one EVER that's had a drive thru........WTF?
jamiegeist - March 1, 2006 12:36 AM (GMT)
Strange. I can't think of one I've been to that didn't have a drive-thru.
Odd.

Just saw the commercial. Fucking hilarious.
dynamite kido - March 2, 2006 02:10 AM (GMT)
I just saw it today myself, there's also another one with Joan Rivers. Although I found the Hogan one to be MUCH better......

Arby's has their own mini-site for the campaign:
http://www.arbyschickennaturals.com/Click on "TV" and, assuming you have Flash installed, you can view both commercials.
