Toss-up, Funks. Although RnRE might have been a better pick because they're known best as a tag team, and not as singles wrestlers.

I know, just re-giving some shit.
Most of these teams span so wide and so many different combinations that I know it is kind of silly. Hence, the "all-time" thing.
I just hope the New Foundation counts for the Hart Foundation.
