Title: Giant Singh Signed
Mad Dog - January 2, 2006 07:03 PM (GMT)

Just to give you a clue on this guy. He worked a lot of tag matches with Giant Silva in New Japan and was absolutely terrible. Another fed actually had to close down because this guy killed a trainee with a spinebuster.

Why do I suddenly fear for the life of Steven Richards?
Mad Dog - January 2, 2006 07:16 PM (GMT)
Because he'll be the first guy to face him and get hurt like he always does.

Umm....I don't know. He will suck, for sure. But, something in me likes the fact that they are bringing in a bunch of new faces. (At least to the common public) This guy also had a decent part in the longest yard, and was probably the most impressive physical specimen in that movie, and that's saying something. If a non-fan is flipping the channel and sees this guy, they will stop. His presence just demands attention. His performance, along with the booking, will decide if he is able to hold that attention. I'd probably give him a 1 in a million shot of lasting a year. However, I'd say given the right mouthpiece and used SPARINGLY, this freakshow could actually be a moderate draw. Won't happen though.

If they wanted a big guy like him they could've just brought Giant Silva back or even brought Groond in from CMLL.

The freak appeal of Giant Silva is diminished because most WWE fans have seen him before. I don't know the other guy you're talking about, but he couldn't suck much worse, so hey, good idea.

I was just thinking that the one thing that the WWE could really use right now is a huge guy that can't work.............
eStragand - January 3, 2006 05:21 PM (GMT)
Juts curious...is he of the same "lineage" as Makhan Singh and Vulkan Singh, the former Stampede baddies?
prof_plague - January 3, 2006 06:37 PM (GMT)
He already looks immobile.

You've got to be shitting me. I hope they just limit his moveset to punches and kicks, then.
jamiegeist - January 3, 2006 11:18 PM (GMT)
I wonder if he'll use a bearhug. Or maybe the Iron Claw.

No don't worry, he'll get the most high end offense in the whole company.

And then internet fans are going to complain about his "moveset" because he only punches and kicks.
Scrooge McSuck - January 3, 2006 11:56 PM (GMT)
If he killed a guy doing a fucking spinebuster (it's a pretty basic move), I'd fear someones life being in the ring with him.

That's a good idea - give me good old school offensive moves, with an old school finisher.
