220 for ten ain't bad, considering your other weights, bro. I'm about 180, and I maxed out at 225, I usually do sets of around 190. Dead lift wise, my max is 475, I usually do sets of around 350. Squats, last time I maxed out was 500, I do sets around 405. Because of the football program I was in, those are the only three things I monitor closely. The other stuff I just do whatever feels right.

it's been so long, since i've lifted weights, that i don't remember what i'm capable of doing. the leg press was always my best area, as i've got some good legs on me.....but, my legs are used to carrying plenty of weight.

Whoa, I feel freakishly strong right now.
I'm about 5'7 and 185, and here's what I can do:
Bench: I maxed out at 300 two days before my high school graduation (this last June). I'm confident I could get 275 up right now with little to no problem.
Double Arm Curl (Straight Bar): I maxed out at 210 one time.
Single (Dumbells): I've gotten 90 easily before, with both arms.
Military Press: I've gotten 250 with the threat of lots of physical pain from my two football coaches.
Dead Lift: I got 405 my freshman year, I gradually increased every year. In my senior year, I got 550 once. My general workout then was with 405 though.
Squat: My least favorite area, I've never really tried, but I can box squat (where you sit on a bench then stand back up) over 600 pounds.
Leg Press: Well over a thousand. In fifth grade, my had was having me train with weights, and he had me pushing his truck up and down a sandy driveway. Good training.
40 yard dash: Before high school, I could top out at a 4.6ish (WR's) and at the end of school (4.9 TE's).
Mile Time: The fastest I have ever ran a mile was about 5:45, which isn't bad, but not the greatest.
