As much as I'd like to mark out for this..............he hasn't wrestled consistantly in about 3-4 years..............and Raven hasn't exactly been money in his matches lately. I do want this match to be good..............but who knows what the fuck we'll see on Sunday?

Considering Raven and Kanyon, they might be able to whip something out - they know each other styles, have worked with each other before, and such.

Three or four years? He was with WWE until Feb. 2004, granted his matches weren't big matches in OVW, on SD, of Heat before PPVs, but he was still wrestling every week. He's been working some indy shows between Feb. 2004, and has been working more indy shows recently.

Kanyon's been in retirement/semi-retirement for at least 18 months (I haven't seen him do anything since the Fall of 2003, so maybe more than 2 years), so he's gonna have hella-ring rust. Plus he's no Bret Hart, so it's going to be a lot more noticable.

He hasn't been in many matches until the past few months.

I have always liked Kanyon, so I like this. To me, Raven has been absolute SHIT in the ring since the move to SpikeTV. He doesn't even seem to be giving 50% in there. To be specific, everytime I've seen him hit that (lame) splash in the corner followed a bulldog spot, he barely even touches the splash. Just something I really picked up on for the 2nd time the other night in his match with the Diamonds.

So I'm not expecting a good match, but signing Kanyon would be cool.

I think he lost motivation since he had to drop the NWA title so quickly.
