Title: Narnia

So this is coming upon on us pretty quickly. I'm actually considering going to see. If I do go see it, it'll be the first time I've been in a theater since Spider-Man 2.
Though I might send my friends as advanced scouts to the movie. If Hollywood tries to downplay the Christian symbolism in it then I have no interest in it. It'll fuck the movie up without it in there.

It looks promising, but we will have to see. I intend to see it.

I saw it with my girlfriend last weekend. I enjoyed it, but it would have been hard for Disney to screw it up since I was so fond of the story having grown up with the book and the old BBC movie.

Saw it Sunday. Loved it. And to Mad Dog: There is no denying Christian overtones.

Ditto. She nitpicked stuff they changed, but it really captured the spirit remarkably well, and the kids were impressive actors. I'd recommend it.

The youngest girl really did a great job.

I liked the story, but I hated the camera angles. Especially early on. But I loved the centaur. The dual sword wielding one. Bad-ass
