Who will our first champ be?

Either Masato Tanaka or Sabu.

Or quite possibly: Frank Shamrock or Samoa Joe

I was tempted to vote for Tanaka but the price tag for him is pretty steep so I voted for Joe.

I voted for Joe. After fighting through the shootfighters, Japanese guys (If the World Champ is going to be a tourist, the US Champ should be an American), Joe is the only realistic choice

DAVE makes an incredibly good point. Otherwise I'd vote for Tanaka.

All I ask is that we get a Tanaka-Joe match
