For Christmas I got the crown jewels of DVDs: Seinfeld Seasons 1, 2 and 3. Along with that from everyone I got the Dirty Harry Collection, Die Hard Collection, Bourne Supremacy/Identity, and Ace Ventura Pet Detective (should've had that one along time ago)

Officially got my copy of the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre (Special Edition), and now waiting to get the Jason Goes to Hell (Friday IX) DVD. I'm about to see TCM for the first time ever now... wish me luck. (doesn't eat anything)

I have the original TCM on DVD also. Watch it alone in the dark or else...

I watched it alone in the dark the first time I watched it and was deeply disturbed by it. It was a good time :)

I wasn't scared at all except for 2 parts...

1. When the hitch-hiker cuts himself (I hate when people do that)

2. When "Grandpa" sucks the blood from the lead girls finger like a baby on a bottle. (vomits)

Everything else was fine, although I did cheer when the annoying prick Franklin welcomed death.

I just got a copy of the Star Wars Holiday Special on DVD... (prays to God)

Also, CB for the lack of horror watching (ala just watching TCM for the first time) you must prove your loyalty to the horror gods. You should watch Night of the Living Dead (1968), Dawn of the Dead (1978), Day of the Dead, Re-Animator, Dead Alive, Halloween, Deep Red, and Susperia and you will be forgiven for your horror sins.

I knew I shouldn't have listed the Cat in the Hat. What was I on? Oh well.... I'm part of the way there since I've seen Halloween a million times.

Yeah, I'm trying to hold on to the little bits of money I acquire so I can do something nice for my girlfriend on our one year anniversary in two weeks.

I bought some dvds today!

For myself, I bought the new Rob Van Dam dvd and an X-Men Evolution dvd (it was five bucks, I figured "what the hell").

Then for my girlfriend, I bought her the second Inuyasha movie and the third season of King of the Hill for Valentine's Day/Anniversary. Now I just have to make something to go along with it to add some sentimental value and I'm all set :)

King of the Hill sucks... yeah, I know I have Season 1, but I haven't watched it in over a year, and only bought it because I had extra money that would cover the price.

On that note, I have 4 new DVD's coming from Amazon.com...

I started watching the RVD dvd last night and only got through three matches or so but it was a great dvd thus far.

And I'm not a huge fan of King of the Hill, but my girlfriend really likes the show. I'll watch it when I'm hanging out with her and I'll enjoy it but I never really watch it on my own.

Just got a copy of Spider-Man 2. I've heard good things about it, but haven't seen yet since I wasn't too in love with the first.

I think it's definately BETTER than the first......I saw it in theaters and I just picked up the DVD the other day as I had to return some leftover Xmas stuff I haven't gotten too. I can't wait to watch the DVD though.....

Y'know, CB, you could always just send me the King of the Hill DVD's. I'd love to take them off of your hands.

The Spider-Man 2 dvd is indeed great, lots of interesting extras too (though a little too much "Spider-Man is great because he's really a pathetic nerd" banter among the creators).
