BREAKING NEWS - KEVIN NASH IN HOSPITAL IN ORLANDO
TNAwrestling.com has learned that Kevin Nash was taken to an Orlando hospital on Saturday.
TNA management has been in constant contact with Nash, who placed a call to 911 from his hotel room after falling ill shortly before the fanfest on Saturday afternoon.
According to TNA officials, doctors are running a series of test to determine the exact source of the problem.
TNAwrestling.com will post an update on this breaking situation as soon as more information is available. |
Shiiiit. This is why you don't book old men to main event your first show after your National TV deal. Hopefully this pans out. Not that I'm dying for the match, but just for TNAs sake.
Luckily they could probably toss Raven, Bubba Ray, or shit, even Tito Ortiz in there and do something convincing.

Damn Nash and his in grown toenails.
$20 says TNA is trying to work us, and I ain't buying it.

If it's true, at least Raven sent Cassidy Reily on iMPACT to let us know that he'll be there tonight. Though I know Raven wouldn't win. Damn Jarret

Well if it isn't a work hopefully it isn't anything serious for Nash. Not to be ghoulish but it'd be really fucked up if Scott Hall outlived Nash.

Nash pulled some 911 stuff before when he didn't want to job. Last time he faked a heart attack. curious to see what he got this time.

Maybe he slipped in the shower and broke his little toe. Nothing can be worse than faking a heart attack... ok, losing your smile is pretty bad, but a heart attack is up there too.

Seconded.

Nash maybe trying to work TNA, but I don't see why TNA would try to work the fans on that one. Apparently they think Nash is a draw by putting him in the main on their first major PPV. Now if they imply he may be off the show, wouldn't that discourage those fans from bying?

I'll be honest. I hope this is just some bullshit angle just to get Raven back in the main event or something tonight.

Given his track record, I have trouble believing Nash really needed to go to the hospital. I think he woke up one day, realized that he had the enormous weight of carrying a WrestleMania-ish show on his back, realized he wouldn't be able to even have a decent match, and called in sick.
Either way, I'm glad Rhino won the title instead.

Yep. I'm actually surprised that there weren't any shoot comments directed at him as well.
