Recently it seems that every thread is going way off topic. I would just like to ask that we be more concious of staying with the thread to improve the quality of discussion. Thanks.

eStragand - October 20, 2005 04:13 PM (GMT)
I understand what you are saying..but overseas lottery fraud is a rampant problem and consumers need to be alerted to these scams.

Scrooge McSuck - October 20, 2005 04:19 PM (GMT)
Yeah, everyone needs to stay on topic. (ignores it's usually a comment I make that turns things around)

I'll do my best to keep my keyobard from saying something that'll cause a ruckus... if that's a word.

whitemilesdavis - October 20, 2005 04:20 PM (GMT)
EDIT: Woops, this was in response to eStragand. I don't think Scrooge loves midgets.

Shut up midget lover.

Nah, I don't mind the occasional off-hand comment, and sometimes we have a lot of fun withat crap. Lately though it seems that every thread gets high-jacked by a completely different topic.

Scrooge McSuck - October 20, 2005 04:25 PM (GMT)
... What the heck is with the midget comment? :P

whitemilesdavis - October 20, 2005 04:36 PM (GMT)
You've never noticed his affinity for the little folks?

Scrooge McSuck - October 20, 2005 04:39 PM (GMT)
I thought he was a deer kind of guy. At least now we know why he loves Snow White so much. Forest creatures and 7 dwarfs = whacking material, U.S.A.

whitemilesdavis - October 20, 2005 05:20 PM (GMT)
More like:

Forest creatures and 7 dwarfs = Wrestlemania main event.

Scrooge McSuck - October 20, 2005 05:22 PM (GMT)
... (cries) It'll be better than Triple H vs. John Cena at least.

eStragand - October 20, 2005 06:20 PM (GMT)
"midgets" is such a derogatory term...we should use "little fuckers" instead.

Hey, we're rambling. Remember Porkins's word of wisdom "Stay on target"

Scrooge McSuck - October 20, 2005 06:56 PM (GMT)
Didn't that guy get blown up about 6 seconds later by one of Vader's lackey pilots?

The Last Free Voice - October 20, 2005 07:02 PM (GMT)
I find it hilarious that the "Please stay on topic" thread has now gone completely off topic.

whitemilesdavis - October 20, 2005 07:19 PM (GMT)
Keep in line LFV. This topic is about midgets and such. Stop hi-jacking my threads.

The Last Free Voice - October 20, 2005 07:23 PM (GMT)
riiiiight.

whitemilesdavis - October 20, 2005 07:28 PM (GMT)
I do think my point has been proven though.

SamoaRowe - October 20, 2005 07:43 PM (GMT)
I agree that threads should stay on topic and I admit that sometimes I'm guilty of encouraging it to go off topic.

That being said, as moderator of Random Stuff, I welcome any topic that goes off topic there since it usually becomes more entertaining than the original topic in the first place.

whitemilesdavis - October 20, 2005 08:11 PM (GMT)
I just gave you a nice one then, tough guy.

dynamite kido - October 20, 2005 09:01 PM (GMT)
I do agree with WMD totally on this point. Plus, there is a new rule here at DWB. If you go off topic I will have to kill you.

<--------That was the last guy that went off topic.

thank you.

Mad Dog - October 20, 2005 11:57 PM (GMT)
I admit I've been very guilty of this and not enforcing it in the WWF folder. I was just so happy to see discussion in there pick up that I kind of let it slide.

I shall do my best to not be one of the ones doing it.

Most of the random stuff enjoyment came at me making an ass out of myself... more so.,

prof_plague - October 21, 2005 06:33 AM (GMT)
Stay on topic and avoid ramblings, huh?

:Cancels the email invites to the Ultimate Warrior and Randy Savage.:

Big F'N Swigg - October 22, 2005 01:12 AM (GMT)
You have no idea how much I want to start gimmick posting as the Ultimate Warrior because of that

Scrooge McSuck - October 22, 2005 01:18 AM (GMT)
I think ES has that base covered. Have you read some of his Warrior imitating comments? If left me dumbified and semperificous.
