I thought we could share a few laughs at the misfortune of wrestlers fucking up, so here's a topic devoted to some of the worst botches and fuck up's. I think limiting it to bigger promotions would be more suitable, since most Indy promotions feature tons of "wrestlers" screwing up the easiest crap.
Off the top of my head, here's a few...
Survivor Series 1997 - Opening match comes down to NAO vs. Headbanger Thrasher. Gunn comes off the top with a leg drop, but misses by a good foot, but still pins Thrasher to win the match.
Halloween Havoc 1998 - Hogan/Warrior II. Fireball. I don't have to say anymore.
Judgment Day 2002 - I can say the entire match, but the first chokeslam spot in Hogan/Undertaker was one of the most embarassing spots I've seen from Hogan. Ugly. Ugly. Ugly.
Raw after Vengeance 2002 - The night Trips turns on Shawn, and gives what might possibly be the worst Pedigree known to mankind. I'll blame it more on Michaels, since his part of the spot requires him to jump along with Trips. Not a hard fucking thing to do.
Survivor Series 2002 - Rico and Jamal sets up Bubba Ray Dudley on a table for Rico to moonsault through. Rico takes forever, playing to the crowd, trying to kill time until he just blurts out "Come on Jeff, god dammit!", and sure enough Jeff Hardy finally realizes he fucked up the spot, and shakes Rico off.
SummerSlam 2003 - Kane goes for his traditional top rope clothesline, this time to the outside, and nearly falls off. The worst part was Kane redid the spot, but it might've changed since RVD caught him coming off.

The Jackie Gayda / Trish - top-rope bulldog spot was pretty nasty.

You could probably nominate 2-3 more spots from that nightmare, like whatever the hell Trish was doing when she jumped onto the ropes while Jackie just stood there.

Randy Orton trying to give Jericho an RKO while Jericho had the Liontamer on someone. Jericho didn't fall, and Orton looked like a dumbshit. Of course, he re-did, which is retarded.
