John Cena was a surprisingly cheap hire. He signed a written for $45,000 a month. Booker T was way more than I thought. He cost me something like $182,000 a month to get on a written deal.

Yeah, just run the game like you normally would. Get sponsors, staff and open a school and developmental territory.

What titles do we put in our promotions? And how will floating titles work?

No everyone signed up with me just fine. Maybe try starting a new game or something.

Your promotions belts are entirely up to you. Floating titles will just require you to sign the champion to an open contract to have him come and defend against someone in your fed. No one will actually have the floating belts in their game.

If you need ideas for belts this is what I'll have for Mid-South:

So is anyone going to take a shot at a women's division?

I'm considering it but it would cost $200,000+ a month to get Aja Kong and Akira Hokuto to anchor the division.

I considered it, but I think I might pass for now.

I just went through most of the worthwhile women. The only female workers worth a damn are all Japanese and they all carry at least a $50,000 price tag. Totally not worth it.

EDIT: I could actually sign a bunch of 18 year olds to my development league for probably $9,000 each and have a decent division a few years down the road. I think I might do that.

I sent a few workers to development, but I don't know how lon I'll keep them there before I actually want use them, or have the game run that long.

In my "Talk with Sophie," it keeps saying to hire four more workers to make the promotion to look more professional. Should I hire four more workers to add to my promotion's roster to help its image?

Would it be alright if I also created my own topic for all the going-ons in NWA: Mid-Atlantic?

It's on "Easy". Trying to start a new game right now. Went ahead and used the file editor to assign staff. That seems to work. Have to re-do my roster, though.

Now I'm having a problem with TV..it says I have 0 weeks left, and they won't negotiate until I lower my risk to 15%

Yeah, when I went for TBS, I didn't realize they had such a low risk for their shows.

Well it only took 4 days but I had to send my first worker, Rob Van Dam, to rehab and Vanessa got a 16 month long injury.

Just let RVD use the weed, it's a way of life. Plus his matches and promos will be more entertaining...

Yeah, my show was "risky" and it's at 50%.

Yeah, you have to take it down to around 14% to make them happy.

The "refuse to even begin discussion" glitch is taken care of by starting a new game.

Lowered the risk level to 14% and TBS extended my TV contract by 9 months. I think Mad Dog's on the right track...we should send out promo tapes each month. As long as we all have one show, I think things will work.

For instance, if one of us gets a deal with Spike, then we should "cancel" or sabotage the TBS show.

Too bad this wasn't real life... not that I wish injuries on ANYONE, but he'd hardly be missed.

A few things:

1) Can we start doing the shows in weekly threads instead of monthly? It would be a little easier to read and keep up with.

2) Can we get someone to pin a few threads? Like the montly Championship Committee, the Post Your Roster, Signings & Firings, & the NWA News thread.

3) Should we create individual poll threads to help us decide the championship tournament winners?

I just realized that my game is in December. I thought it started in October, but it actually started in November. That's weird
