Title: What will you watch...
Description: ... when UFC airs against Raw?

SamoaRowe - September 8, 2005 09:24 PM (GMT)
UFC will be airing directly against Raw's first night on USA. Which program will you be watching, if any?

At this point in time, I'll probably watch UFC live, just because I have trouble watching taped sports events after it has already aired. It just seems silly to me. Then with Raw, I have an easier time watching it taped because I can fast forward more and the show becomes more enjoyable.

Considering I don't watch Raw much as it is it'll probably be all UFC while flipping over to Raw during the commercials.

I'll be watching Monday Night Football. And I dont know who plays, and I dont care. Football is 100000000 times better than wrestling or homo fighting.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...

UFC is gonna get fucked when it's directly against the most populat TV show on cable television.

TehDoct0r - September 8, 2005 11:12 PM (GMT)
I'll be going between ABC, Spike, and USA, and whichever looks the most interesting at the time will win for that five minute period.

Spawnie Guy - September 8, 2005 11:48 PM (GMT)
I don't watch UFC, so Raw only.

Hey, a NEW GUY! HELLO NEW GUY!!!

S.T. Strickler - September 9, 2005 01:23 AM (GMT)
Raw of course. But I'll be also switching back and forth between Monday Night Football.

We have a winner.

Raw has lost my interest completely with Jericho leaving, and Trips returning will make it even more boring.

UFC can be boring at times too, but I'll probably flip over during football's commercials...

The USA Network plans to start Raw five minutes earlier than it was planned as it will start at 7:55 PM when it returns to USA on Monday, October 3rd. USA wants to get a 5-minute jump on UFC Unleashed on Spike, which is on at 8:00 PM.

And if that wasn't enough, USA has added a fourth hour of WWE programming for their return night to go up against UFC on Spike. USA will air a show called "Raw Exposed" right after Raw at 11:00 PM. It will highlight the best moments in Raw history. It will be hosted by John Cena. The show also airs the night before on USA at 10:00 PM.

I read that yesterday, it seems like the new Monday night war is heating up.

whitemilesdavis - September 14, 2005 03:59 PM (GMT)
I voted Neither. I'll tape TNA on Saturday night, and watch it during Raw. After I'm done watching Impact, I'll catch what looks the most exciting between Raw, UFC, and football.

Yeah, but I think it would be more fun (and spiteful) to watch taped episodes of Impact during Raw :D I don't think WWE even stopped to consider that as competition.

And if this small poll is any indication, WWE shouldn't feel too threatened by UFC, but I'm loving the fact that they do feel threatened.
